Are we specialize in Mexican cuisine, offering burritos, tacos, and a very special beef, slow cooked and bringing the recipe from South Mexico called Birria. This meat is cooked for around eight hours in order to provide a very unique taste.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish is our famous Birria Fries! Delicious slow cooked beef on top and french fries with cilantro, unions, cheese, a special sauce we created, sour cream, guacamole and of course hot salsa!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Depending on the type of people we can create everything that involves mexican food.
What do you love most about your job?
There is nothing better to our business then seeing our clients enjoy our food we create!
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are from San Diego California and we have an extensive backround of restaurants owners in our family.

We owned a 16 foot food trailer that is brand new 2023 with everything inside. Our kitchen is brand new. We specialize in Mexican cuisine and serve authentic street tacos.
