First meeting we talked and discussed my situation now and what I expect from our meeting. Lourdes is a kind, gentle and truly gifted healer. I received hypnotherapy from Lourdes, and it was a very powerful experience. I am now so much more clearer about my issues and the root causes. I noticed a significant difference in myself and my mind immediately after the session. I have received other types of psychotherapy for my trauma, such as EMDR, in the past, but that didn't work for me. This therapy was the most helpful I have ever received. So grateful and happy that I was able to attend Lourdes and Maria's Goddess Empowerment retreat. This retreat for me was a combination of so many words and feelings that I cant fully express here, but if you are looking to awaken your power as a women, connect with other brave women on the path and want an introduction to Tantra this retreat is for you. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect but as soon as we opened the weekend with an anointing ceremony I knew I was in wonderful experienced and loving hands. I went to Lourdes wanting to find out what was blocking me or making it difficult for me to find my Soul Mate. Using Hypnosis, where I was conscious during the process, she quickly uncovered issues I had with Intimacy. My higher self and my guides began healing these issues right then and there, freeing up blocks to intimacy in my chakras. Then I connected with my Soul Mate's higher self - she probably was not conscious of this - and experienced the beautiful golden energy that is her and us together. Lourdes guided me to ask questions like when and where we would meet (most probable future timeline) and then asked my guides direct questions to find the answer not far into the future. Lastly, another intimacy issue surfaced relating to a traumatic event that happened when I was about 18, and this block was healed right then and there by a crystal that I wear around my neck (amazing). I was left with a strong experience of my beloved kissing me and us crying together because it was so beautiful. I have been wanted to connect deeper with my partner and understand power of relationship and coupling. I always felt that there is much more to it! ! than just a regular…normal relationship….I wanted my relationship to be more healing, scared, powerful and deep. I have been searching for the tantra workshop for a while when I found Lourdes and watched some of her videos… felt very loving kind energy about her. I told my partner about it and he also thought it was great idea for us so we attended her 2-day weekend couple’s retreat last weekend and we absolutely loved it. Lourdes and her partner is very down to earth. You could just tell by their loving and kind energy. As soon as we enter the studio, I knew right away that I picked the right one :DMy partner and I are really happy that we had the opportunity and the chance to participate in her workshop. We still talk about it often what we learned and experienced together as couple at her retreat were so valuable and everything was done so beautifully. Especially, it was packed 6 hours/day, 2-day weekend retreat so we go to focus on “us”. With all the various experimental practices she carefully designed for us really helped us to connect at the deeper level and from so many different angle. Because Lourdes really created very safe and loving space for us and other couples it allowed all of us to open our heart and enjoy the whole journey together.
