I started with Frank back in August of 2021 when he announced a 30 day challenge.
During that challenge I lost 10lbs and decided to keep going with Frank as my trainer! He is kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all aspects of nutrition and fitness. He is always accessible when there are questions and gives you 100% every time you need him!
I have lost over 80lbs after training with him.

A healthy diet is instrumental in someone's health and wellbeing. What you eat impacts everything from gut health to sleep, to energy and even performance. But it's important to note that there's a major difference between eating RIGHT and eating "healthy". You can consume "healthy" foods but if you're not getting the right amount of macronutrients you still might not be giving your body what it needs.

I empower my clients to reach their fitness goals by removing the guesswork for them.
I design personalized workout programs that fit into their lifestyles so staying fit does not feel like an extra chore.

I design personalized meal plans and offer nutritional guidance so my clients do not feel restricted. Because they enjoy what they are eating, my clients are able to sustainable long term changes.

I provide daily accountability and mindset coaching to essentially walk my clients from point A to point B.

Fitness has been an integral part of my life since I was young. I have always been involved as an athlete.
After the end of my athletic career, I went through a period where I had an extremely hard time losing weight and getting in shape.

This led to me switching my degree and career ambitions and learning as much as I could about health and fitness. I saw first hand how crazy the fitness industry was and decided the best way to change it is from the inside. A lot fo influencers and brands push incorrect information, focus more on rapid weight loss than sustainable results and end up leading people astray. With the overload of information online, it can be hard to know what to do.

I've always wanted to change the world and health and fitness allows me to do that on a small scale.
But impacting individuals who then impact others, I am able to fulfil my goal of making a positive impact in the world.
