What do you love most about your job?
I love collaborating with other leaders to create an expanded vision of what's possible, develop clarity on steps to move toward that vision, help them navigate through the obstacles and challenges of making the necessary changes and celebrating their wins as they bring this new future to life! It's the trusting partnership that makes it all possible, and I love that!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to run my own business, enabling me to design the life I want to live with greater ease and flexibility. After happily working in corporate for 30 years, I knew that I could help a wider range of people thrive, and that it was time for me to make the shift. Now I am collaborating with other coaches and consultants in support of other leaders' success, while improving my health and happiness by making time to go to the gym, spending more time with my family and learning how to run my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients describe me as gentle yet tenacious. I quickly create a strong rapport and safe space with my clients for them to lean in, open up, dream big and go for it! We celebrate wins and fails (as long as there were learnings from the failures), and keep on plugging. And if something's not working, we'll talk about it, work through it and make it right.

Yes, I am happy to provide coaching and consulting services via phone or Zoom or other video meeting platforms. In fact, many of my coaching clients enjoy a couple sessions by video then prefer to switch to phone to eliminate visual distractions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have conducted most of my coaching and consulting virtually for years, saving travel dollars for my clients, so I am very experienced with phone and video. I do conduct some coaching and consulting in person. I am fully vaccinated (including with booster), so meeting in person is an option. I wear a mask and invite others to do so as well, practice social distancing as appropriate, and invite most of our in person sessions to be outside weather permitting.
Leadership coaching
An intensive 1:1 leadership development coaching program that prepares you to lead, communicate and make key decisions in business and in life. Available as a 6-month or 12-month program. Our leadership development coaching enhances your effectiveness and your impact on business in your current role, or in preparation for a future role. You will be given the tools to lead through organizational change, with resilience and agility. You’ll also learn the fundamentals of work-life balance, so that you can be a more empowered leader and human. Specializing in communications, change and transition, executive presence, diversity equity inclusion and belonging, decision making, strategy, time management and work-life balance.
Transition coaching
Available in 3-month or 6-month plans, we’ll help you navigate through a specific change, or support your transition into a new role.
Whether you’re moving into a new leadership role, changing workplace, or navigating an organization through change, we’ll provide the support you need to make sure it all happens as seamlessly as possible.
Team performance coaching
An already-existing leadership team is constantly growing and changing. This program supports the building, effectiveness and collective development of that team, nurturing trust and clarifying values and goals. We start with assessment, then design a bespoke 3-, 6- or 12-month program designed to support the health, wellness and thriving of your intact team.
