We stumbled across this place and what a pleasant experience. They had a lunch buffet today with many options for the person that could not decide. The service was great and we were frequently checked on. The woman serving the buffet did a great job assuring everything was replenished. My wife ordered off the menu a mixed vegetable dish and whole-wheat naan and was very happy with her selection.  I would recommend the butter chicken and would definitely return in the near future. On the hunt for new flavors in town and found Tandoori Fusion. Ordered the chicken wings, gobi Manchurian, veggie samosas, tandoori lamb chops, and lamb vindaloo. All were nice and spicy with excellent spice mixes. I find Indian food flavors to be almost indescribable since I am not well versed in the individual flavors of each spice. However, I have had these dishes at several locations and the flavors here were exactly what I was looking for. The service was excellent and they provided the dish progression I asked for. We recently moved to Louisville and Tandoori Fusion is one of the very few Indian restaurants that retains the authenticity of the Indian food. It does not compromise on the taste to suit the American palette, and despite that I do see a lot of diverse crowd there, which says a lot. We have been there on 15 November 2019 with our friends and had a really fun time. The food is of course phenomenal, especially Lamb chops and Karapodi chicken.
