Is Because, Before I started this Business I worked as a Head Coach/Trainer at a handful of other companies...

One thing I noticed was that most personal training businesses weren't focused on doing what was best for their clients - Their goal was to get as many people signed up as possible at volume.

Project Stay Athletic was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a gym/personal training. Starting with the 1 on 1 zoom call to discuss my overall goals and their ability to customize my experience. They pay close attention to detail and truly invest in their clients. They pair you with the best trainer to fit your personality, goals, and preferences. I have been training with Sam for a little over a month. He has been so patient, encouraging and customizing THE best exercises for my body. I have been having chronic neck and back pain for 2 years. I started to train with Rob in October 2022. He was recommended to me by a good friend who improved her physical condition tremendously working with Rob. It inspired me to try. I am 62 years old and retired in March 2022. I was working too much, was not is shape and figured out it was time to look after my physical condition. After almost 10 months of training with Rob, I can only say good things. He is very knowledgeable and make sure I train properly to avoid injuries. Rob is great! My Husband and I just moved to Tampa and we were looking for a personal trainer. At first we weren’t sure if we made the right choice, but since we got started both of us have seen great progress towards our fitness goals! Rob’s workouts are very personalized to your goals. He was able to focus on our strengths and weaknesses as a couple and pushed us just the right amount. I would highly recommend Rob & Sam at Project Stay Athletic! I was 50 pounds overweight and felt hopeless. I had worked with two other trainers from Bark in the past. One was pretty decent, the other was not a great fit. I felt like they didn't care about me outside of our sessions where I struggled the most🥴.

What I love about working with Rob is he’s always there for me. Even the owner Sam has shown that he cares by helping design a stretching routine for me and even taking my call at 10 at night to help answer my questions about it. With them I’m down a little over 50 pounds! And Fixing my shoulder pain was a nice bonus. I feel SEXY again!!!

Can’t recommend them enough!

Sam is great! After working with him and Project Stay Athletic for just a couple of months, I can totally tell a difference in my strength, form and physique. It didn’t take long for others to start noticing as well! What I really like about Sam is that he focuses more on correct form as opposed to how much weight I can lift. Before Sam, I was lifting heavier weights for some exercises, but I clearly did not have the correct form because I wasn’t noticing any changes in my body. Now that I’m doing these exercises correctly, wow! What a difference! I would certainly recommend Sam to anyone, no matter what stage of their health journey. More...

Sam and his team have been great! He’s always flexible with scheduling. Most importantly he pushes me in terms of strength and endurance without being pushy or aggressive. Since the pandemic, I haven’t felt comfortable working out in a gym - so Sam has brought his equipment to my yard and he’s found effective and creative ways to adapt (TRX push ups off a palm tree - only in Florida!). Sam is a great trainer. He is motivating and encouraging. He creates my workouts based on my needs. In just a few months I have gotten stronger and definitely can see changes in my body. I was referred to Project Stay Athletic by a friend, and originally wanted to work with Sam, but he was booked at my desired time slot (which makes sense because based on my friend’s results he’s great at what he does! ) so I ended up meeting with one of their other trainers Rob! He’s great! His energy is fantastic, and his mobility stuff she incorporates into my sessions has me feeling more relaxed than ever !!! I've been working with Project Stay Athletic for over 3 months now and I have seen massive improvements in not only my physical appearance but in my confidence and motivation in the gym as well. My trainer Rob has been very knowledgeable, personable & the key reason I have been able to achieve my goals this far. He pushes me to my limits and encourages me on days when I truly didn’t think I could make it through! I love my time with Rob and couldn’t recommend him more!! Rob’s nutrition plan is also something I recommend because it made planning meals super easy to understand and doable while also learning so much about how to fuel my body properly. I have been very pleased with my experience at Project: Stay Athletic, Rob is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of effort and care into building a workout and nutrition plan that will fit your lifestyle and goals.

What I like about PSA is they aren’t trying to sell you a quick fix, they support you in making lifelong changes

Rob has been the perfect trainer for me because he is always positive and attentive. He has had to change my workouts on the fly many times because of my shoulder injury and he has never caused me to feel about myself because of it! I’ve learned so much from him in a short period of time!

The nutrition plan I was provided has been a key part of my transformation as I have a tended next to underfuel my body (or fuel it with the wrong stuff) It helped a lot to get back on track with eating whole and nutrition foods
