I went to Ms. Diez at my rock bottom. She helped coach me through my trauma and my anxiety to help me see how good life is again. She was exactly what I needed to help steer my mental health in the right direction. She doesn't only limit her therapy to one day. Beatrice was such a good experience for me. She made what I thought was going to be a bit of an awkward experience because at the root of it we’re speaking our mind to a stranger. She made it so comforting. Id definitely recommend her to anybody who’s like me is was not sure about speaking to a mental therapist.
