Annie Talken is an ACSM certified personal trainer with a Health Fitness and Nutrition certification from the Santa Rosa Junior College. She has worked as a personal trainer in Santa Rosa, CA for the last three years, completing an internship at Breathe Diversity Pilates and Fitness and then transitioning to virtual training during the pandemic. Now she travels to you, depending on your location, meets you over zoom, or a combination of both. She focuses on strength training using a progressive overload method and short burst of high intensity cardio. Workouts require minimal equipment.
