What do you love most about your job?
Watching clients feel empowered to accomplish their goals. I truly believe my clients are capable and have the answers within themselves and I am there to help them unlock that. Seeing the confidence and empowerment turn on unlocks so many possibilities and I am honored when clients choose me as their partner in that journey.
What inspired you to start your own business?
When my startup ended after five years, I knew I wanted to continue my work but focus more on the service, it was really a no-brainer at that point.

Yes- I exclusively work virtually via video or voice calls depending on your preferences. I have been working remotely since 2016 and love the freedom it affords everyone in life.
One-on-one Coaching
With Talent Praxis, coaching is a partnership, where your coach guides you through a question-based creative process to find inspired solutions. In coaching, the client is the expert but is looking to the coach for a partner to help unlock their potential. Your coach will work with you during the session to set goals and discuss current, relevant topics to achieve your desired results.
Training
Talent Praxis offers custom, one-on-one instruction in key management and leadership tools. We will propose a custom training plan based on your goals including pre-work, virtual one-on-one training sessions, examples, role-playing, and next steps.
Consulting and Advisement
Talent Praxis develops custom talent development strategies for companies by identifying the unique behaviors and competencies your team members need to accomplish your company’s mission and goals.
