Absolutely loved the entire experience.
The entire process from beginning to end was very easy and efficient. Every single person I dealt with was incredibly professional and knowledgeable.
The process was a breeze! Mike streamlined the process and made it very simple in helping us choose a design that fit our needs and budget. He always called or texted to let me know of his arrival time. It took a few times to get the final drawings right but Mike, did an excellent job designing the closet layouts. Having the ability to see the designs in a 3-D format is a plus. Mike always kept me updated, gave an accurate completion time for the closet installation.
I had four custom closets (1 reach-in and 3 walk-in) installed in my home. Our installer Harlan was wonderful. Very professional, polite, and very accurate in measuring. Cleaned up everything before he left. He had to make a few adjustments and we are so pleased with the result. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the closet installation.
All individuals involved throughout the process were professional and friendly. They absolutely exceeded my expectations and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend the Tailored Living of Wilmington and West Chester to anyone.

Shirley and I are so pleased we hired Bob Zimmerman with Tailored Living to add cabinets and work bench to our garage. It really looks fantastic and it is very functional now.
The quality is superb, and the worked till 11:00pm to finish the job. We would recommend them highly.I should have taken better pictures but believe me it looks fantastic.

We had our garage floor coated and cabinets installed several years ago. What was a few small holes in the coating 18 months ago are now big 6+ inch holes.
We have contacted the Michigan rep at least 25 times over the last year. He is nice, and promises that the service guy will come and fix it, but nothing yet. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on how to get this company to stand behind their product and warranty?
March 2019. I just realized that I neglected to update my experience with this company. After my first post,, the regional owner reached out to us and our problems were addressed quickly. We even recommended this company to one of our good friends.

Awesome refinished garage epoxy floor completed by Benjamin Limo and team from tailored living of Richmond Hill.
I found them through homestars.
ca with great ratings and he was quick and consistent with following up and trying to sort out a appropriate schedule. I needed other work done to the garage before the floor could be refinished, and Benjamin also gave me a great referral. They were able to coordinate their jobs and finish before winter. He worked long hours to finish the job quickly and with great quality. I am truly grateful for Benjamin's work & I have already been referring him to my friends and family.

I hired Premier Garage to install a floor covering for my garage. What a difference & I could not believe the outcome. Absolutely killer the way it turned out. The best part is that they did exactly what they said they would do. Monday-prep Tuesday-install Wednesday- seal & finished. The installer where two young men that where very quiet, courteous, & trust-worthy. I would hire them back in a minute. The installer were refreshing in that you just put it on cruise-control & them do their thing now the closer (the guy that comes out the first day) he was spot-on knew everything that there was to know about garage floor coverings which made you feel pretty comfortable. Ron at Tailored Living did our garage floor and added hangers to our roof for storage and cabinets at our request. From the start to the finish they were very professional and did a fantastic job. I would not choose anyone but Ron and this company again if we needed similar services. From the start Ron had several 3D versions of how our garage could look and we found that extremely helpful in making our decision on what products to get. When we moved into our new home, we interviewed/ got quotes from 3-4 companies for a number of projects in our house - master bedroom closet, panty closet, and home office.
Most people that we had in our home never met the mark - Mike was very professional and took as much time as was needed and as many designs as was needed to arrive at the look and the budget we wanted.
We're definitely going to use them again!
