My wife loves orchids, as her bridal bouquet was made all of orchids. A couple weeks ago I picked up some orchid flowers for her and thought that I would try an actual plant. Are used to drive by Taida almost every day. I can't believe I never saw or at least paid attention to the sign. I picked up a plant from Costco just a couple days ago, and the orchids at Taida are just so much better. It is obvious that the Grovers take much pride in their practice. The quality is very high, not to mention the varieties that you see at the store are much wider than what you see anywhere else. The place to go for orchids. Perfect for valentines day. Roses are for chumps. Cut flowers last a week if you're lucky and you pay through the nose. You have your selection of the ENTIRE greenhouse. Best to get one with just one flower open that way you know the color and it'll last the longest. Ours easily last 3 months!! And at roughly $20 each for pots with one spike of flowers you can keep your house decorated all year for the same price as a dozen roses on valentines day. More...

Easy to get to from Rt 22 up a mostly residential street. Small parking lot. The flowers and customer service are great though! Don't let the outside steer you away. Very helpful staff. Really interesting varieties compared to what you normally see around this area. More...
