Wow I am so impressed by this cleaning service it was as so efficient and at the same time didn't hurt the earth. I'm mean right isn't that the goal. We started renting our Truckee cabin in October 2018 and hired Natalie to help us clean between guests. I am beyond pleased with her team's commitment to making our mountain home super clean and dust free! It's the same team that comes each time, ​so they know our home well, and that shows. The beds are made the exact same way each time, and the pillows and throws are placed nicely on the sectional. Bathrooms and kitchen are spotless. While this is a second home and not rented, we still need the periodic cleaning. Â I have had several different cleaners but found Natalie and her crew about two years ago. Â It is easy to arrange a time with Natalie and we are not present when they do their work. Â Every time we return to the cabin, we are extremely pleased to see that Natalie and company have been here. Â Floors are clean, cabinets are spotless, trash emptied, and dust gone. Five stars +++!We started using Tahoe Green Homecare when we purchased our Tahoe Home in October 2014, and we are incredibly happy with Natalie's and team's services! In addition to their cleaning services, we also use TGH for welcome packages and damage inspection following our guest's departure. The quality of work, professionalism, reliability, flexibility, and open communication is TOP-NOTCH. I couldn't be more pleased with Tahoe Green Homecare and as a recovering "Perfectionist" who prefers to do everything herself, that is saying A LOT.
