Soto and his team came out for my daughters wedding on October 27th. Â He was so great to work with from the start. I didn't have to worry about a thing. He brought plenty of food and everyone was raving about how good it was. All of the staff he brought to serve were very pleasant. He is just top notch!! I would for sure book him again if I ever need tacos! He rolled in and set up without disturbing the wedding, cooked for us and cleaned up and left again without disruption. More...

Saw these guys at a friends birthday party. WOW! Food was cooked just the way I like with a real smoky flavor. It was also nice to see clean equipment, professional service, and quality (not fatty) ingredients. They also do more than tacos. For my next home party Im going to check out the ribeye strips. What a professional and well organized business! We had them cater an employee appreciation Taco Tuesday event at our work, Soto Flores is very easy  to work with an was very accommodating. We had beef, chicken, and pork which were all full of flavor. We had a few vegetarians as well, and he was more than happy to provide that option which was just as good as the meat! This was served with delicious rice and beans, as well as 3 hot sauce options. They brought their own tents, tables, plates, napkins and silverware. This was all done at a reasonable per person price, with friendly and professional service. I would certainly use them for other events in the future. More...
