Close 1-on-1 time with trainers and small groups. They are flexible to work with your daily schedule for class times. Very clean workout area and restrooms. Great tunes while your working out. I'm totally hooked and loving to learn everything about Crossfit! I called and got a free workout when I came in to see the gym and my first month was only $30!
