What do you love most about your job?
Assisting people achieve their goals and learn more about themselves. I really get excited when a client takes what they've learned and uses that information to improve their life. I enjoy listening to clients and getting to know people from all over the world.
What inspired you to start your own business?
In my profession (Human Resources) I see many people who struggle at work and need support OR they are successful and want more out of work or life. They want clarity on a goal or action and need someone to talk it over with. Changes are going to happen. I help people understand their resilience and understand what they have control over. They don't want or need a therapist or counselor. They need an accountability partner- I'm that person!

I'm a certified, professional coach with over 25 years of experience in the business world. I've dealt with a lot of change and can help others work through it and build their resiliency. I've helped many clients work through career and life changes. I'm easy to talk to, a great listener, I connect with people easily, and I'm a goal setter/achiever by nature.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All session are done via phone, usually via Zoom. Using the camera enhances the experience and makes for a worthwhile coaching session provided you have strong internet coverage and it's not a distraction.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
There is no customer contact, all services are provided over Zoom.
Life Coaching
I provide coaching in the areas of career, (including moving towards retirement), achievement of goals, and dealing with changes life throws at you. I also work with developing soft skills as well as time management.
I do not work with insurance companies; I'm not a therapist, psychologist or counselor.
