Great place! Very clean and has a ton of stuff to choose from. I do boot camp style of training and the instructor Mike Harper meets me @ 5:00 am so I can fit it in my schedule. You've got personal training and bootcamp with Mike Harper who trains a few NFL players during their off-season, you've got a full schedule of fitness classes with the best instructors around, you've got indoor archery, and you've got a respected Martial Arts program taught by Tommy Chen who's been inducted in the Martial Arts Hall of Fame five times!
