I'm not sure why everyone rated this company so highly. I called them out based on the reviews. Scheduling for a consultation was a few days later. Patrick showed up on time. Although he was friendly, he really didn't answer my questions, or work with me in designing something for my front and back yard. The entire interaction with him took about 10 minutes. He told me how much a square foot costs installed and what the minimum order needs to be. If that's the case, they could have told me this information over the phone. We can't recommend Ken and his team of guys more. They had a competitive bid, gave us a military discount, communicated every step of the way, and were professionals in every sense of the word. We overhauled a massive backyard which included large rock and gravel removal, turf installation, concrete curbing install, and a paved BBQ patio. The results are stunning. It completely changed the look and usability of our backyard. It took four guys a full 13 hour day to do the job and they even let my young son watch and "help" them throughout the day, which made his heart sing. This review is way overdue! Ken and his son of Synthetic Lawns of Las Vegas were one of three companies that we called for a quote to install synthetic grass in our backyard. I actually used Yelp to contact Ken in the first place which was super convenient and he quickly followed up. They came out to provide a quote and a couple of options as far as grass shade and texture. Not only were they the most affordable quote, but they were so down up earth and a real pleasure to do business with. They conducted themselves in a very professional manner and took pride in their work. Customer service is important as well as making sure that the customer is fully satisfied with the final product and Ken and his crew really shined here. just nowI had my lawn installed by synthetic Lawns. Just like the other reviews mention. The experience with Ken and his son Patrick was outstanding. When I met with them for the estimate they listened to what I was looking for and Ken actually talked me out of doing an area on the side of my house because it was a waste of money, that nobody would see it. He was the only contractor that mentioned it to me.He didn't rush me or try to get me to sign on the spot.I recieved 3 bids and Ken made me feel the most comfortable. His whole team is professional. Patrick was the first artificial grass installer bid to mention window glare and the potential of damaging the grass if not corrected. Â He also was the most competitive bid. Â When the workers came to install the grass, not only did they manage themselves in a professional manner, they worked hard, and left making sure the job site was clean. We had our front lawn converted to turf by Another competitor last year and when we decided to do our backyard due to our dogs destroying it. we called our previous company as well as two other companies. Ken from Synthetic Lawns of LV called us right away and arrange to come out and measure and give us a quote on Saturday. By Thursday the following week we had our new lawn in. We are very happy with it. Ken and his family staff were so courteous, friendly and punctual as well as very clean when they were done with their work. Highly recommended and they had the best price for a quality lawn. BTW, the company who did our front lawn never called us back after two attempts (Tough Turtle Turf) and the other company called us back and gave us a quote over the phone without coming out to measure and they were $1K more. I just had artificial turf installed by none other than "Synthetic Lawn of Las Vegas."  The owner,  Ken was extremely helpful in explaining the process of installation,  offering a reasonable price, and setting an installation date not more than two weeks out.  This is a family business well established in the Las Vegas Valley.  The workers  were right on time and began work immediately.  They removed 400 sq' of rock within two hours, layed out the sand base and installed the turf, completing their cleanup all within 5 hours!  The finished product looks beautiful!  I've posted my "new" yard on line and received dozens of hits on how amazing it looks!  Thank you to Ken, his teenaged son and all the workers who did a fantastic job!!!  I highly recommend these guys to everyone!!! From the moment I met Ken and his son for an estimate until the work was completed, I felt totally at ease and satisfied with the whole process.The crew showed up right on time to start the job.
