I've been going to SYNC Studio since 2014 and have always enjoyed every class that I've attended (even though I have never considered myself a "cardio" person). I primarily go to the spin classes at SYNC with Cathy. I've tried a number of spin studios in the Triangle area and I still make the trek from Chapel Hill because I haven't found a studio that compares to SYNC. I’m not a morning person however, SYNC cycling is worth getting up for! It’s a great studio that is so welcoming with high energy instructors that are extremely helpful! Couldn’t recommend more!

I moved to Durham a year ago and I really worried I wouldn't be able to find a gym that I loved as much as the gym I went to in DC. I was so happy to find SYNC. I love the mix of classes here -- my week has a mix of spin, interval, circuit, and combo classes and I love that it's something different every day. I also really appreciate that there are morning and evening classes (and even classes during the day), so you can always find a class that fits your schedule. I'd recommend anyone to SYNC, as long as you are ready to sweat and ready to make friends at the gym. More...
