We offer 2 services:
1. Certified Muscle System Specialist (CMSS)- This is for those with pain and/or movement issues. The majority of clients the CMSS after physical therapy, pain management, or surgery has failed, or when they are trying to avoid any surgery or drugs.

2. Traditional Personal Training- The foundation of our training is physics and physiology. We aren't interested in the latest trends and fads. We are interested in science and data. There is plenty of room for fun and motivation as long as it is within the confines of factual science.

We, like anyone else, can train anyone who never gets hurt, adapts quickly, and is motivated. However, we pride ourselves on really helping those with specific challenges. We help people that have had injuries, medical issues, or those that have any other specific situations that make them
