So extremely disappointed with our purchase. We previously ordered a cake after hearing she wasn’t getting traction with her business from a post she made in a moms group. The first cake was great! This is the second cake we ordered and so far off from what we expected and discussed. You could see through the icing to the cake and could see the layers through the thin icing. It looked liked it was just slapped on. The design is not what we discussed, and it was missing so many vital details like his name, the age number, colors, grenade etc. When I reached out, I could see she was online but not responding to my messages. It’s been two days with no contact. We are so frustrated with the quality of this cake and lack of communication. We had no time to get a new one made as we picked this up from her porch the night before the party with no pictures of work and again, now no contact. We will not be ordering again, and we do not recommend this shop. Such a bummer for a kid already going through a really tough time! He just wanted the details to be perfect. More...

I just wanted to say how happy and satisfied we were! We ordered one cake for the adults, one smash cake, and an order of cupcakes all for my daughters first birthday. The cakes were absolutely stunning, and tasted great. Everyone kept commenting on how beautiful they were! I handed out some business cards at the party (people wanted them lol!). The cupcakes were delicious. My only complaint is that I ordered one dozen strawberry/one dozen vanilla cupcakes 6 weeks before I needed them. I chatted with the owner the day prior to pick up and was given a time of 1:00. She let me know at 12:15 pick up day that they would be ready in 15 minutes (early which is good) At that point she let me know she didn’t get the supplies in time for strawberry so she made chocolate. She offered to do vanilla quickly if it was a problem. I’m awkward, hate confrontation, and knew it wasn’t the end of the world. However, I feel like they should have reached out once they knew they didn’t have supplies to see what worked instead of just assuming. Had I waited for vanilla it would have pushed back my pick up time (that we scheduled our day around) Customer service is big to me and this failed IMO. More...

I have had Taylor make me a few cakes this past year and I have never been disappointed. I’ve used someone else for years but I decided to make a switch due to Taylor’s creativity.
After the first cake she made me, I was hooked on the how delicious the cake was.
She has great availability and is always willing to make my ridiculous cake ideas come to life.

I asked Taylor to do a cake for my daughter’s birthday party, and she did an amazing job! Everyone at the party thought the cake was SO GOOD, and beautifully decorated. Full disclaimer— I unfortunately have not tasted their goodies. So I can’t write a review regarding the quality of the sweets.
However, I was looking for someone to make a dozen cupcakes for a Halloween party. I paid her in full (as with smaller orders, you have to), and the day before she messaged me and told me an employee came down with COVID and she couldn’t accommodate my order.
A day before. I had to scramble to find a professional baker (I couldn’t— that late notice) & had to purchase sub par bakery goods from a grocery store. I hope I’m wrong, but it seems like if you’re not paying for a large order, you’re the lowest on the priority list. I won’t try again nor will I refer clients or friends.
