KIRA IS THE BEST OF THE BEST. She took our crazy ideas and dreams and made them come true, all while we were planning from a different state! We came to her with just a couple months to plan a wedding and she dove right in with us to get it done. She made us feel so comfortable and she was so reliable, always available to answer my questions and give advice (and calm me down!:). We also had major changes in our vision midway through planning (our guest list doubled and we decided to have the reception at a residence and the ceremony on the beach, 40 minutes away from each other). She took the challenge without hesitation and made our vision a complete reality. She coordinated the ceremony and reception and made sure all vendors, bridal party and guests were where they needed to be and everything was on schedule. The entire day ran so smooth (and if it didn't, she made sure I had no clue!). My uncle officiated and she took time to help him and give him advice prior to the wedding. We had so much fun with her and she exceeded all expectations we had, she truly went above and beyond and we will forever be grateful for her making our day perfect! 10000% recommend! More...

Kira was amazing. I had talked to and emailed over 20 day of coordinators and planners before I met her and I am sooo happy it didn't work out with the others. I have very high expectations, but meeting and talking with a few coordinators, I was starting to feel like I could only ask for the basics or less. It took me so long to filter through all the coordinators and I was starting to feel that no one was good enough for the job and I had to take on all of it myself, until I met Kira! Wedding planning is so stressful, and you have so many things moving all at the same time, the last thing you need is a difficult coordinator. I am a total DIY bride, and a little bit of an organized freak with a very detailed spreadsheet. Kira was not fazed and took it on like a professional. The moment I got on the phone with her, I knew she was the one. She truly cares about her clients and I was so incredibly relieved. She called when she said she would, she showed up when we planned to, and got everything done without us having to lift a finger. During the wedding, I was so confident that she could get everything done, I didn't even think to worry about anything. She checked on us throughout the night to make sure all was taken care of, and at the end of the night, we left in our getaway car and again, didn't worry about a thing. After spending so much time planning, and making sure everything is perfect, a great day of coordinator is totally worth it to make sure all your planning doesn't go to waste! A written review will hardly do Kira justice. She brings a certain charisma and sense of ownership you have to experience first hand. If you choose not to read any further - the bottom line is, KIRA IS A ROCKSTAR and single handedly allowed my wedding to go off without a hitch. Professional, personable, firm (but so polite), organized and knowledgable. Kira ran the show. From first contacting her until breaking down and packing up - nothing but outstanding service. Definitely got more value than we paid for! Super flexible and creative, Kira was also so patient to answer all of our questions through the planning process. We learned so much from her. She made every effort to be available for us at all the oddest of times whenever we needed her insight. It was also super convenient for us that Kira had decorative items for us to use for the wedding. It was like getting a wedding coordinator and a party rental supplier in one. She did a great job on the rehearsal dinner and on the day of the ceremony everything got executed just the way we planned. Words can not explain how well Kira takes care of her clients. From the very first phone call, I knew she had a game plan to make our wedding go well. Where to begin!?!? Kira was amazing! The best wedding planner I could have asked for and more. She helped me with every detail and helped me with planning our wedding back home from 1600 miles away. Great communication from 12 months out, through the day of the wedding and shortly after. Very personable and professional and will help you along the way with any questions you have or advise on how to handle things. She helped us with everything from the tipping etiquette, to wonderful wood signs spread about and would even move decorations around so that everyone would be able to see them. We made a lot of the things for the wedding and shipped them home. Kira worked with my mom as well in San Diego. I couldn't imagine my wedding without her help! If there were ever any issues, she handled them before my family had to be involved. She also helped with the wedding rehearsal at the venue and was available to our wedding party if they needed any assistance. Kira even offered to drive us to our hotel so that we could drink and enjoy our reception, and be safe. I can say more, but her service was impeccable and of the highest quality! We booked Sweetest Things in Life Events for the month of wedding coordinator and it was the best decision we made. The company was recommended to us by our venue and I am so glad I had reached out to Kira, the owner of the business. Prior to our meeting I had spoken to few other coordinators but none had compared to her. I knew after speaking with her that I wanted to have her be part of my wedding day and her prices were affordable. We booked her immediately!
Leading up to my wedding day Kira was in constant contact with me even before the month of the wedding. She would always check up on me and ask how I was doing with the planning and if I needed any assistance. She helped me stay on track with all vendors and their contracts. Kira contacted all of them and followed up with their time of arrival and departure. She even came up with some great ideas like our cake smash contest which was such a hit.
On our wedding day, June 11 2016, everything was flawless and beautiful. Kira and her team had executed all of our ideas and set up our decorations perfectly. We had so many little details for our wedding and she paid attention to every single one of them. She was the hardest working person on my wedding day, always running around, setting up everything and getting all of our events within our reception ready. She kept up with our timeline and made sure we hit every point. Kira constantly checked up on me and my husband. Before my grand entrance I even asked her to help me apply my lip liner because I did not have mirror and she was willingly did so.
Having Kira as my coordinator truly made my wedding day stress free, gorgeous, fabulous, and fun. She made my wedding memorable. I will always be grateful for her hard work and professionalism. Had an amazing time at the Shop Taste Dance Networking Event with the Sweetest Things Events. I was able to network with some amazing vendors. And the owner Clarissa did an awesome job of giving Tips and Planning Options for our brides! It really gave us a chance to meet other wedding vendors from Atlanta as well. Not to mention she surprised us with a Salsa Dancing class! Fabulous event with great food! And if you are in need of a Wedding Planner, I would definitely recommend Clarissa to you!
