I hired Sweet N Easy Events because I thought it would make it less stressful during my wedding day. Days leading up to the wedding, I had questions in order to do other planning and I didn't get answers for at least 3 weeks and then was told they had other clients they had to worry about before mine and that if I wanted my questions answered I would have to pay the $25 an hour to meet with them (virtually). Ok fine, I just had questions I needed answered in order to proceed with plans with the venue so I paid it. Then the day of, there were only 2 people decorating. 1 decorator said they were messaged on Facebook and was asked if they could help. They said they would get a team together and show them the plan I had made, but she had no idea about what the plans were. The other decorator was amazing! There were supposed to be 3 people but one never showed up. Needless to say, the one that was from Facebook left for an hour and half and left the other one by herself. My sister and her mother in-law were there to help coordinate but ended up decorating most of the hall themselves! The decorators were able to decorate the night before, but the morning of, all the back drop (they decorated) behind my head table was falling down and we had to fix it. I also paid them to pack up my stuff after the wedding. They left all of my stiff hanging out of boxes and didn't even have the decency to close them and everything was just thrown into a random boxes. When I was sorting through them later on they didn't even put like things together. I found pictures in different boxes, glowsticks in different boxes, my picture frames were found in a few different boxes also. I had everything labeled for them and I had the boxes everything came in and extra boxes from stuff that didn't need to be put away. They told me I didn't have enough boxes! I my wedding was on June 23rd, 2023 and i have been trying to get some of my money back since 6-24-23. I went on my honeymoon the following week so I had my sister trying to contact them and she talked to 3 different people, she asked to talk to the owner but haven't been able to. Very easy to work with and always responded in a timely manner. It also helped that they were in contact with our wedding coordinator, so it took a little stress off us!

Rachelle was my event coordinator for my wedding in October. I had previously known Rachelle and Sweet n Easy as she was also the coordinator at my sisters wedding a year ago. I cannot say enough as to how smoothly our wedding day went. She was AMAZING and her attention to detail was on point the entire day. All I had to do was "look" at her from the head table and she would ask if she could do absolutely anything. I am especially thankful for her that day, my wedding day was as stress free as I always imagined. We also rented a lot of items from Sweet n Easy. They all were exactly what I expected. They helped to give insight and décor expertise. She arrived with all items the night before and there may have been a couple things she missed but she made a point to bring them and take care of it the next day. We were there setting up until 2am!!!! And she stayed the whole time. 100% recommend Sweet n Easy for your event planning/preparation needs. More...

We used Sweet N Easy Events for our wedding decorations and floral arrangements. The hall looked beautiful and I could not have asked for better decorators. Travis and Kaarin were amazing to work with from the beginning. I had ideas of what I wanted but had no clue how to put it in words. They offered suggestions and I knew I could trust them and their opinions to make everything perfect. The group of people that arrived to decorate the hall the morning of were phenomenal. They were super friendly and made me laugh which is just what I needed when my nerves were all over. One guy in particular (I think his name was Matt) went above and beyond and was going to find a venue worker because the sign outside did not have our names on it and he wanted to make sure that was fixed. I thought that was awesome because that wasn’t even in his job duties! Will recommend anyone to Sweet & Easy Events for their decorating needs.At our first meeting with Travis and Kaarin she asked about our florist and at that time we had not picked one out yet because the quotes we received were polar opposites. She mentioned that she did floral stuff on the side and guaranteed us that her rate would be much less than the ones we received. After seeing her proposal I was awed and hired her on the spot. Kaarin put together stunning floral arrangements (bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres - men and women). My bouquet was perfect and included all my special requests. I was also amazed at how long the flowers lasted (weeks after our wedding even so I could enjoy them after our special day was over). Great group! They decorated a family friend’s wedding at the Paper Valley in July and it looked amazing. They even stayed and redecorated the entire room after the ceremony.

If there's one piece of advice I could give a bride (specifically one on a budget), it would be to spend the money to hire a day-of coordinator. Jackie with Sweet N Easy went above and beyond for us. She coordinated our ceremony and reception so effortlessly that I didn't have to worry about a thing, I could trust in and rely on Jackie to keep the day running smoothly and on-time. Sweet N Easy also draped the ceiling in our reception hall, which gave the room a touch of elegance without being too over-the-top. Would 100% recommend! More...

Sweet N Easy has been the most helpful and flexible event planning company I have ever worked with! Travis was great with helping me through the initial planning process, offering endless options to meet my needs and has been very easy to get ahold of with any questions! Theresa and Travis both were very flexible when I encountered some changes with my event and have the warmest and sweetest personalities you could ever meet! They do such a great job of helping you feel comfortable at a sometimes stressful time. I would choose them again any day for my next event! More...
