I absolutely love the fact that Samantha can create anything! She has an eye and imagination for what ever it is that you want. She's very opened minded to any creative ideas. Samantha is the sweetest person to work with. I called her just a few days before I needed the cake and she was so accommodating. She made an absolutely gorgeous 40th birthday cake for my husband. She did such a great job making the cake topper look like him that every time we look at we can help it just laugh. Not to mention the flavor... Vanilla and caramel buttercream, delish!!! I loved my wedding cake. It was the most beautiful and delicious cake I've tried.
One layer was marble cake with Dulce de Leche buttercream and the other two were vanilla cake with caramel buttercream. I have no words to describe how tasty it was. Everyone was really pleased with the cake.

Thank you Samantha. Our daughters 1st birthday cake and smash cake with cupcakes was amazing!!! Not only was it absolutely beautiful it tasted delicious. We received so many compliments. Some of our guests were trying the different flavors. We had the lemon raspberry cake , vanilla Carmel cake , and vanilla and chocolate cupcakes. We will definitely be ordering again in the future. �

"The cake was as good on the inside as it was on the outside." ...Honestly, I just wanted a head turning cake. I never order these fancy cakes, but my mom's only surprise party, at age 80, called for nothing less. I figured, if it tastes terrible, nobody needs to eat cake anyway. I had seen such fascinating creations by Sweet Mercy that I called her up and said, "Do whatever you want." Anyone that knows me would never expect me to say that to anyone, but Samantha is a creative genius. Well, it's stole the show, and the cake took the cake. I put that sucker in my car, and I drove it all the way down to Miami. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I have been following and watching all these beautiful cakes they make.The talent is unbelievable. After some time my son fell in love with sea turtles so I asked her if she had ever made one. But she hadn't and I was excited to see what she could do.The cake turned out beautiful and my 3 year old son was excited and thought the turtle was real and so did the guest.I love her cakes and he story on she was became who she is today!I She is a talented women let her do her job and you will love what you get!
