The best Baker secret in the Bay Area. Thanks to other yelpers, I found this great place for my wedding cakes. My fiance and I went to try cakes at different places and nothing was close to the experience that we had with Sweeeeet. com.Working with the owner, Merav, was a pleasure. She helped us select the flavors and provided excellent ideas to create the final look. I wanted something different, not the traditional tiers, I had the idea of having creating six cakes, one for us and one for each of our five kids, representing our now blended family, and Merav was open-minded to this idea. Our guests were in awe of the wedding cakes. Not only how beautiful they were but also the delicious taste.The prices are unbelievable when compared to other places that offer wedding cakes. Cake was DELICIOUS! I had my reservations about ordering from a home operated bakery but after reading reviews and looking over her site I decided to give her a call (even though her online order form was very thorough). After answering a few questions of mine I just decided to give it a go and ordered a 10" chocolate cake with milk chocolate salted caramel buttercream filling and a vanilla cream frosting with less than a weeks notice. I asked for no writing and a white to pink ombre frosting. Even with such minimal decorating I could tell Merav was very careful and meticulous with my order. I put in the online order, got a confirmation, didn't hear anything else but that was okay since I had talked to her just before, then called a couple days before to move back my pick up time and notify her of a different pick up person and she was totally easy with that. A friend picked up the cake and brought it to me the day of the party and this thing was HEAVY. Took it out and it was BEAUTIFUL. Cut into it and it was DENSE. Ate a bite and it was HEAVEN! WOW, WOW, WOW.... what a winner!  Called to order 8 inch chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream filling and chocolate ganache frosting.  First off, it was GORGEOUS and four layers of huge - essentially two cakes tall.  Secondly, cake itself was full of flavor and perfectly moist!!!Sometimes cake can be too moist... but this was was baked to perfection.  Raspberry cream... real butter and fresh!  Raspberries tasted like they were fresh picked.  Leaving it out for several hours (8) and warm at room temperature made all the difference with the smooth buttercream!Value... far more than the price!  I actually think Merav (Owner/Baker) could charge quite a bit more.  The quality is truly top notch!!!  This is a custom celebration quality cake and I will most certainly order again.... and again!  Thanks Merav for your artistry -- clearly you are a highly trained/practiced Baker and I look forward to another cake in the near future.  Yum!!! Merav delivered perfection. My wedding cake was exactly what I envisioned and like the picture I gave her. Kitchen cakes even had a bit of decoration! Nice touch. They were so delicious people talked about how wonderful they tasted and the tiers were snatched up very quickly!! And most of the kitchen cakes too. I was happy to have some leftover that I froze a few weeks and kept taking places to share. But it's gone now. I will be using her services as often as possible. My matron of honors husband bought my bridal shower cake from another wonderful baker in Danville. We loved her too but I just loved merav more. Plus her ingredients are organic when possible I think. Or maybe all organic. Can't quite remember. Her lemon curd filling she makes from scratch. Did I mention that before? WOW! Just Wow!This will be the only place I will be ordering cakes from, from now on.First off the owner and her husband are so nice. She was able to accomodate my custom cake when I ordered it roughly 5 days in advance. I needed to make a last minute change in the time I was to pick the cake up and that was not a problem for her.When I picked up the cake I was blown away with how it looked! Much different than I expected and in a very great way! The cake was beautiful, I was surprised I could wait until my girlfriends BDAY dinner before digging into it..Everyone at the table loved the aesthetics of the cake, absolutely beautiful and elegant. Now for the main part, the flavor. I ordered a Chocolate 4 layer cake with Chocolate ganache in between and  fresh strawberry slices inside as well, and the whole cake covered in Chocolate buttercream! So my thought was that the cake would taste like a chocolate covered strawberry! I was wrong, it tasted even better!! The cake was so moist and rich and the strawberries were fresh and gave an extremely nice balance to all the chocolate. She was very well organized in taking the order, sending the payment, delivered the cakes at Bridges Golf Course dining hall exactly on time & everyone loved the cakes (both chocolate, one with chocolate meringue topping, other with chocolate topping). I don't usually write reviews but i use Yelp a lot...so maybe I should.  But i wanted to write one for Merav and her company.  I was a very last minute order say a few days before my daughter's birthday on a Sunday ...for a pokemon cake but Merav was very accommodating and accepted the order.  The cake turned out beautifully and the chocolate tasted amazing...all of our guests enjoyed the cake.  Most importantly my daughter and her friends loved the cake...they are all crazy over pokemon.  Merav provided excellent service, the ordering was very easy and most importantly the cake turned out to be awesome. About little less than 2 weeks before my daughters 1st Birthday and  thought I had everything in order. I forgot the most important thing. ..the cake!Once again thanks to Yelp, I found Merav of Sweeeeet.Ordered a 2 layer round cakes 10" marble cake with almond butter cream 8" vanilla cake and vanilla butter cream with a hint of lemon She decorated the outside a yellow ombre as requested(see photos) and I added the paper fans as part of the theme. Talk about OMG...this cake was delish and beautiful!  Not too sweet, not too dry and not too moist. The hubby and I ate the left over cake for another 4 more days! So we threw a first birthday bash for our kid that turned one. Of course im thinking Costco cake, but the wife has other plans. She looks around a finds sweeeet on Yelp and checks out the site. Whoa! These are definitely not Costco prices. Whatever I tell her.We order a Marble and vanilla ,with lemon flavor. The owner was gracious enough to deliver the cake to our brunch event in Dublin. Usually she only does San Ramon deliveries.We got the cake and blam. Two tiered beauty. What i like about it was it looked homemade, and not like a machine had done it. Everyone even asked if we had made the cake ourselves.We sliced into it and it was suuuper good. Moist and good balance. Not overly sweet and the perfect touch of lemon. Merav is the best and I will always give her my business. I could not find a decent place that would make a Baptism cake for my daughter within my budget limits for what I had in mind. I wanted a two tier cake that was simple and affordable. Everyone I called quoted me RIDICULOUS prices. I began to panic as the baptism was in two days. I ordered a Princess birthday cake for my niece. Due to dietary restrictions, it had to be eggless. Normally, I am not a fan of eggless cakes and was a bit skeptical. I ordered a week before a party a dozen chocolate ganache cupcakes, a dozen vanilla cream cheese cupcakes, and a 9" strawberry and white chocolate cake. Lots of people raved about the cupcakes, especially the ganache.  They were big with a lot of frosting but since they weren't too sweet, I could eat the whole thing.  I loved the cake!  It was so tall, tasty, and strawberry-y.  Merav said we didn't have to refrigerate it but we did anyway which may have contributed to its difficulty to cut (kinda thick and sticky).  The height made for huge slices.  I ended up cutting bigger wedges and cutting those in half to serve.Delivery was right on time.  Looking forward to ordering another cake for our next occasion! An amazing addition to my Gatsby party! I emailed Merav with a description of my theme, some photos, and the colors I'd be incorporating into my party. She quickly replied with a quote for the cake and a few dozen cupcakes I had wanted. After a small change in my order, I decided on 2 dozen cupcakes and excitedly awaited the day I'd pick them up. Merav did a wonderful job using the ideas I had shared and making them fit into my theme! The cupcakes were beautiful and delicious. They became one of the centerpieces of my party as I had them displayed on a decorated table with feathers and pearls. They were a hit! Merav is great!!I first used Merav for my Mom's 65th Birthday.  The cake was SO gorgeous ... and delicious!  We received so many compliments on the taste and beauty of the cake! I needed a birthday treat for my daughter for her birthday. Poor planning on my part left me desperate for a really good home made birthday treatment. I contacted them and I ordered a brownie marshmallow type treat. It was the most delicious dessert that I have ever bought. It was so moist, fresh with natural ingredients. It tasted as if I spent hours in the kitchen. She was really easy and nice to work with. She works out of her house but don't let that scare you off. Mirav did my son's 1st Birthday cake on short notice. I emailed her pictures of my ideas and she did a great job. I ordered 2 cakes. The coconut poppy cake with lemon meringue frosting and coconut cream filling. I usually don't like frosting on any cake but hers was delicious! And the cake was super moist and not too sweet and had a nice light coconut flavor.The other cake was the pumpkin chocolate cake and that was super yummy as well. All my guests were very delighted with how moist and delicious it was. For Christmas I ordered a cookie platter with cheese it's, alfajores and the chocolate halva rugelach. All very good. I had a last minute need for some 60th birthday party cheesecake during the Christmas holiday. I emailed Sweeeeet and got an immediate response from Merav. Merav helped me with my son's birthday cake recently.  It was such a great experience working with her.  I changed "theme" on her once after I contacted her, as my son's favorite theme changed during this time.  I sent her a few links describing the kind of cake I was looking for, and we exchanged a few ideas.  Her quote was very  reasonable, and she gave me the impression that I could trust her!  The cake was delivered to the park (where our party was) exactly at the time of our agreement, and it looked awesome and tasted wonderful.  I highly recommend her!!
