I just spent two weeks working out at Crossfit Conjugate while I was in Cincinnati working. I feel like I improved my fitness more in these two weeks than I have in any other Crossfit box I have visited. Their Conjugate system is unique, a lot of of fun, and makes a lot of sense. I want to use some of their methods at my home box in Germany. I was warmly welcomed by the members, and coaches. For most of the WODs I Luke and Alex as coaches and both are fantastic. They are both very enthusiastic, helpful, and make the training fun. The other coaches were also fantastic. I will visit this box every chance I get in the future. A+++++ 10 Stars!!!! More...

Dropped in during a work trip. Very impressed with the facility, equipment, and programming. Spent ample time warming up and all of movements for each workout were demonstrated. Coach checked form on everyone during the strength portion and made corrections. 6 AM class is a great group and made someone dropping in feel welcome. CrossFit Conjugate has changed my life! I was completely new to CrossFit and completely terrified when I attended my first ever CrossFit class at Conjugate in June 2015.
I had been severely out of shape and overweight for years, couldn't run and could barely lift weight. From the humble beginning with the help of the amazing staff I can do things I never thought possible. I recently completed my first CrossFit Open, and first CrossFit Competition. I am truly amazed on a daily basis the changes that have happened in my life thru CrossFit. The coaches, owners, and other members are amazing to be around, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about fitness.
If you are thinking about CrossFit, Conjugate is the place to be!!

I've dropped in to quite a few boxes over the last couple years and belonged to one that I thought was sufficient. The changes in my performance, strength, and most of all, knowledge, in just months at CFC trumped everything I had "gained" prior. The athletes are great and have become like a second family. The coaches are awesome and will always share their wealth of knowledge. The owners, well they speak for themselves - the nicest, most genuine people I've ever met who also portray a sense of leadership like I've never witnessed.
