About

Sweat With Sam is my sole independent personal training business. I started mobile traveling to clients and am now hybrid doing both travel and now have clients come to me at my home garage gym.

Q&As

I provide a tailored service to each of my clients factoring in their personal goals, current status, and by constantly switching the training regimen and progressing each client through any possible plateau.

Consistency! Training with the intention of health, and not having the “perfect body”. Consistency! Being cognizant of what I am fueling my body with, and drinking plenty of water.
CONSISTENCY!

How rewarding it is seeing my clients push through the fatigue, process, grow, become more comfortable and confident in a gym setting, and being able to perform movements they never thought they could!

I wanted to be fully independent and not have the stress or anxiety of working for someone else in this line of business. Having the freedom to set my own schedule has also proved to be most advantageous for both myself and my clients!

Clients should hire me because I am legitimately the real deal here! I pay close attention to detail when it comes to form, keeping control, even down to proper breath work. I truly put my 110% into each session with each of my clients.

I am able to offer zoom services for a discounted price.

Services

I offer 1:1 specialized and individualized personal training for my clients. What also comes: An accountability coach who motivates you throughout the week (and keeps you on track on our off days). I also offer dietary recommendations/suggestions for no additional charge :)
Lastly, I love involving the mental health aspect that comes with physical training. I’m currently in grad school for Chinese medicine and am incorporating my love for TCM with my passion for exercise science and personal training.
