Swan Lake Caterers is truly a hidden gem on Long Island. Everything from the staff, grounds, reception hall to planning, food, decor, day of coordination, (you name it, all of it! ) far exceeded any expectations I could’ve ever dreamt of. As an older bride marrying for the second time, who hates event planning, I couldn’t have done it without the help of Charlie, Sophia, Elena and the rest of the team. I shared my concerns and stresses with them and they all assured me that’s a day would go off smoothly and boy did it ever! Our event started with an awesome champagne welcome which our guest thoroughly enjoyed. We had our ceremony on site which the staff coordinated beautifully. Next was an amazing cocktail hour then dinner. The food was the best I’ve ever had at any catering facility, on par with a 5 star restaurant. Swan Lake made our wedding the day I dreamed my whole life it would be. We booked this venue based on the location, price, maximum capacity and the fact that they only cater to one wedding at a time! We booked one year prior to our wedding and the amount of upgrades Swan Lake had made within that time frame only made us happier with our decision! My family is still talking about how amazing everything was to this day! We worked with Charlie throughout our planning process and he made everything a breeze! We had a TORNADO my wedding day and you wouldn’t have even known with how calm and collected the entire staff was! After our ceremony my husband and I were served our cocktail hour food separately in the bridal suite to have a moment alone and the staff made sure that we were not to be bothered so we could have that intimate moment together which was very special for us. I cannot even begin to discuss how amazing the process, planning, and our event went at Swan Lake. First and foremost, everyone is so genuine and down to earth. Charlie, Sophia, and Elena were such a pleasure to work with. Today we celebrated my son's first birthday. To say it was perfect is an understatement! the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Where do I even begin! Swan Lake was a blessing in disguise & an absolute hidden gem! We are SO glad we stumbled upon Swan Lake because our first meeting with Charlie went better than we could have imagined. Charlie saw our vision, and truly brought it to life- along with Elaina. Everything my husband and I could have wanted in a wedding was brought to life and implemented and we are so grateful for the incredibly supportive and caring team. By the end of our wedding, we truly feel as if Charlie was part of our family because that’s exactly how he made us feel throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or needed help with something, he was there to help sooner than I expected. Our wedding at Swan Lake was the most incredible night of our lives and we are SO grateful for all of the help and support we received. We just had our wedding at Swan Lake Caterers and I can’t complain about one thing! They updated the whole place since I booked 2 years ago, the outdoor patio and fire pit heated tables outside are amazing! They also offer an outdoor games package which was a hit during cocktail hour! The team is outstanding - so attentive and helpful, my Maitre D (Elena) and bridal attendant (Adriana) were there to jump in and fix any issues that arose with their bobby pins and tide pens handy and did an amazing job keeping my nerves down! Charlie, Elena, Adriana, and Sophia were so helpful throughout the entire planning process. They quickly responded to any issues I presented them with and were so flexible in making our day perfect! The food is INCREDIBLE all my guests were raving about it throughout the night. The whole team really goes above and beyond expectations to meet your needs and works with the vendors to make sure everything runs smoothly. My best friend got married here on Friday and it was just so beautiful. The venue did an amazing job but even moreso I wanted to touch on our bridal assistant, Mary. She was a serious godsend the entire day. She was constantly at the bride and grooms beck and call and she is quite possibly the sweetest person I have ever met. Today I had my bridal shower at swan lake… and I can’t even begin to express how HAPPY the entire experience was!!! Charlie is literally THE BEST! The communication was on point! and was very quick! He helped me out throughout the entire planning process, was understanding, super friendly, overall amazing! The venue, is STUNNING. From the moment you walk in, the decorations and environment was just simply amazing! I had so many compliments on the beauty of the venue! The staff, was also extremely helpful and Friendly! The food was displayed amazingly, and tasted just as good! Tons of food! Everyone was completely satisfied!! Or in other words, I have zero complaints! This was an amazing experience!! We had my mom's 80th Birthday party here in July and i can not begin to thank the staff for the tremendous job they did taking care of our family event. From the first phone calls to Charlie in trying to get this party booked on short notice to the day of her party the staff was so accommodating and helpful. Sophia & Elena were so wonderful and helped to make this event perfect. They made us all feel at home and my mom could not say enough on how happy she was. July 17, 2021 wedding review! Venue: Swan Lake Caterers A+++++ A-maz-ing! Ah-MAZ-ing! I can’t say that enough. Between the wait staff, our maître d’, bridal attendant, and the beautiful venue! We have been working with this venue for over two years, due to COVID, a few times we were thinking of not even doing a wedding, but we’re both so glad we did. Charlie, Elena, Shelby, Anthony- everyone made our day go flawless! Our “imperfection” were so hidden, and our day was the definition of perfect! our guest had nothing but great things to say about the waitstaff, the food, and everyone involved! They really do go above and beyond! They are a truly a hidden Gem on Long Island! Also, our guest had nothing but wonderful things about the grounds of swan lake! It was breathtaking! The cocktail hour on their new patio and newly painted building, honestly it’s was way more then we could’ve imagined! Officiant: Charlie Jaramillo A++ Charlie was fantastic! Let me start by saying, my husband and I booked our wedding with Swan Lake over 3 years prior to our actual wedding. We booked it 2 years out from our engagement, and then covid happened and pushed us back another year! We have heard horror stories of venues taking advantage of their couples during this time and at that point we realized the true value of Swan Lake. We worked with Charlie from the very beginning and throughout the process and he really became our friend! He called us all the time with new guideline updates, he constantly kept in touch with us and didn’t financially take advantage of us during such a stressful time! I am a detail-oriented person/bride so I had A LOT of questions. Anytime I reached out to Charlie he got back to me quicker than I expected him to. Every time we had a meeting we felt welcomed and like we were part of the family. We were fortunate to have Elena as our maitre’d and she was AMAZING!! She played a huge role in setting up the décor we sent in and she did an incredible job. She really made sure everything was perfect and it was better than I even imagined in my mind. We also had Jill as our bridal attendant. We felt like royalty because of her, anything we wanted or needed she was there to meet our needs! I just cannot say enough about this place, it is truly something special. It doesn’t feel like a wedding factory, you can just feel that they all really care about their couples. We are forever grateful to everyone at Swan Lake. If you book with them you will not be disappointed!! Last but definitely not least, the food was amazing!!! I don’t even know where to begin with Swan Lake. From the minute we walked into the venue, we just KNEW Swan Lake was where we were getting married. Instantly. Throughout the whole process, Charlie has been absolutely amazing, and the days leading up to the event, Elena made sure that everything was absolutely perfect for us. The day of the wedding, Elena and Jill made sure that everything went smoothly and got us LITERALLY whatever we needed. It happened to rain on our wedding day, and we were pretty bummed about it because the grounds were beautiful, HOWEVER, once we saw what Elena and the team did inside, we didn’t even miss the outdoors at all! One of our favorite things about Swan Lake is that the whole team really made us feel like family. I will also say that most of our planning was done during COVID (we had picked the venue the summer before COVID), and Charlie and the team were beyond accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue and a better team to bring our dream wedding to fruition. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. They helped us throw such an amazing, unforgettable wedding.
