Q&As

I do bookkeeping, data entry, bank reconciliation, enter and post transactions, process reports, QuickBooks certified, receive and record cash, checks, and vouchers, create and handle invoices, handle both AR & AP, Collect and remit sales tax to the government, monitor debt levels and apply payments to any debt as it comes up for payment, inform your CPA with accurate financial statements come tax time, maintain your annual budget, report on issues and variances when they pop up, process payroll, and the list goes on and on.

One plain and simple answer - to make sure you (the business owner) knows where your money is going without taking away from you running your business.

There are two big things that I really like about being a bookkeeper: one, I enjoy sitting at a computer and sorting and putting things where they belong. Two, I enjoy puzzles and solving them. A bonus for me is that I get to use my skills to help you.

I like to call myself a one-woman wolf pack. I like to work alone (and nothing against other humans, but I feel like I get my best work done alone and at my own time during the day.) Also, I have two small daughters and being able to have a flexible schedule and being able to work when I work best are just two great options for me,

Honestly, clients can choose whoever they want, but I would want them to work with someone who is friendly, down to earth, knowledgable, laid back but a hard worker, detail-focused, and someone who they can get along with. Oh, why don't you look at that, I fit all of those descriptions!
