I just had my initial video conference call tonight. Vaughn is really relaxing to talk to. I had a cold and I was coughing but when we got past the rules it stopped all together. I had many notes to write down. She helped me to see from different perspectives and closed the session with an assignment that I plan on working on until our next call this Friday. I feel like I am making more progress with her than I have through my therapist. I will definitely invest with her and supplement my mental health services with hers.
