I called last minute to have flowers delivered to a friends baby shower- the woman who helped me was efficient, super friendly, helped me find something within my comfortable price range and didn’t try to up sell me. September 20th, 2019I've never done a review but I just had to!Great customer service as soon as I walked in. It was quick and easy to put in my order for a bouquet of roses, the day before! I picked them up and they were BEAUTIFUL! It was for my grandma's 79th birthday and it made her cry tears of joy. She loved them! Thank you so much ladies. Doing a bit of research and having faith to go with what you're gut is saying....well I did just that and I was more then pleased with my orders. So a bit of background I wanted to buy my daughter(pregnant)and granddaughter (4yrs) some flowers. I don't live in the area but wanted something really special from the area. Researched online and found Suzann Flowers after reading the reviews and calling Suzann's my choice was made. I loved the beautiful arrangements that were sent.I was so happy with Suzann's work. Ordered flowers the day before, told time my price range ($30) and asked they give me a picture of the flowers based on a picture I sent. I placed an order,they sent me a picture, and it was not what I ordered. I notified them. The lady said. We can give you a discount on your next order, or I can have the delivery van turn around and come back to the  shop and fix's the arrangement. I asked if they could fix it. She was surprised .  Once the flower arrangement was fixed. They sent me a picture of the arrangement for approval. Oh did I approve! They are absolutely gorgeous!!  Wow thank you for taking the time, energy to make the flower arrangement beautiful, and correcting the flowers I didn't like to adding more hydrangea. Fantastic service from the beautiful flowers to the thoughtful delivery person who called me personally when he was attempting to deliver the bouquet. My sister didnt know the flowers were coming and was in the backyard. The delivery man was kind enough to wait while I texted my sister to send her to the front door, delivery made! This was my first time using Suzann's. I was skeptical because of past bad flower arrangements with other florist. To my utter amazement this was by far the most beautiful arrangement that I have ever had the pleasure of putting my eyes upon. It actually took my breath away when I was lucky enough to be able to see what I had sent to a family member.  I bought up to the deluxe arrangement and boy did I get my monies worth.  They did everything I asked AND the arrangement was much larger and fuller then I expected. I did ask for a picture of the arrangement to be texted to me before the order was delivered and that was the only thing they did not manage to do. I only asked for a picture because it was the first time using their service. I will never ask them again because they are TRIED and TRUE and I trust their work.  GREAT JOB Suzann's Flowers!! Updated Post:Suzannes flowers reached out to me and quickly replaced the arrangment. I have updated my star quality from 1 to 4 because of the manager that took care un the matter. The new arrangment is beatiful and I hope that all future arrangments look the same. Previous Post:I have used Suzannes for years, and never recieved such poor service. I called to get flowers delivered. When the flowers were recieved they looked like someone just threw together flowers. There was no finesse. I called to let them know and she said that the flowers were prearrangments for mothers day. What does that have to do with my order I did not send flowers for mothers day. I sent flowers period. They basically said too bad and we got off the phone with no resolution and as a matter of fact who i spoke with kept placing me on hold. I order flowers through FTD about once a month. The usual recipient lives in Chino. I spend considerable time, looking at photos on FTD's website, I guarantee that I spend MUCH more time than average deciding on which bouquets to send! but to my repeated dismay, 9 times out of 10 the bouquets that are sent look little to nothing like the arrangements that I picked out! Which is very upsetting to me...and this crap isn't cheap! So I'm always forced to call FTD and complain! FTD is always good about replacing the arrangements with another bouquet that unfortunately is about as far off from what I originally picked out as the first one was, but I rarely call to complain a second time. Anyway, I just wanted to commend Suzann's Flowers because they fulfilled the FTD order that I placed yesterday. Although the colors aren't EXACTLY what I picked out, (That's why I gave them 4, instead of 5 stars), it seems apparent that the person that put the arrangement together, at least TRIED to come close to what the picture online looks like! I understand that every florist in FTD's network can't keep every single color/shade of every single type of flower out there on hand in their shop, but I'm sick of florists trying to get away with sending out arrangements that are filled with crappy, cheap, boring old carnations in place of many of the more expensive, more exotic flowers that many arrangements that I order are supposed to contain!! So it makes me happy to assume that the florist at least looked at the picture of the arrangement shown online, and then tried to come as close as possible to reproducing it with the flowers that they had available to them, and not just a bunch of carnations either!  Hopefully,with any luck at all, they'll be the ones that fill my next FTD order as well!! I love the outstanding customer service experience I had with Natasha at Suzann's Flowers.  I went in and she greeted me with a big smile.  I went in there just to buy a few stems of flowers.  I had my own vase (mason jar) she was very helpful with the selection of the flowers I wanted and was also very knowledgeable.  I honestly walked in there thinking I was going to buy my flowers and go home and arrange them myself.  She took my flowers and vase came back with the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen.  I honestly didn't think a mason jar could look this pretty but Natasha went above and beyond.  I couldn't thanked her enough as I do love fresh flowers every week at work.  She also game me tricks to keep my flowers fresh longer.  I used to buy my flowers at the Farmers market but with this great customer experience I rather support my local flower shop.  Today I ordered another flower arrangement over the phone and to my surprise Natasha took my order.  It was easy and fast.  Will be returning very often from now on. I have a big thank you to Ana Maria,  the wonderful staff Of this florist shop! AnaMaria is so patient and helpful when I called to order for my daughter's 18th Birthday. I live in New Jersey and wanted to send flowers to a funeral home. I am the queen of procrastination, not one of my better qualities I know but still I can admit that much I needed to purchase a specific colored lei for my daughters graduation. I looked in Rancho, Ontario, Fontana. I called every flower shop and no one had it or even offered to make it Yes, I would have paid extra. ( I may put stuff off till the last minute but I will pay when it comes to important things like this) Anyway, I walked into this establishment and it was clean, smelled great and looked very well organized. I was greated by a very kind Lady and she showed me around. I told her my dilemma and she got my daughters special order lei done that same day within hours and for a very great price .
