I can't say enough of how much we loved the cake and cookies that Susie made for my son's 16th Birthday. I was able to reach out to Susie from Boston, Susie made the cake and cookies more than we could asked for (with my son's swimming team logo). Susie’s Scruptious Sweets worked in partner with my venue to be able to provide us with our wedding cake. Susie’s did an absolutely wonderful job with our wedding cake! We went with a half chocolate/ half vanilla rum cake. Not only did our guests have never ending compliments regarding the cake, we enjoyed it just as much! The cake was decorated beautifully, as well. The experience of cake tasting was also very personalized. Such a sweet please!I came here for my sisters wedding cake tasting and Susie and her husband are such a sweet heart. The cake tasting was a delight. I got my baby shower cake from here. So delicious. It came out exactly how i wanted it all i did was show her a picture. Reasonable pricing and not to mention the complimentary cake tasting. My daughter and I went to a cake tasting a few weeks ago to see what we wanted to order for her baby shower cake. We were pleasantly surprised to see that we were given very large slices of quite a few different types of cakes and the slices that we weren't able to finish were packed into containers for us to bring home. Susie and her husband (the official cake slicer) were so accommodating and the cakes were delicious. We ordered the chocolate cake with chocolate icing that will be decorated in white fondant in a unicorn theme and I know, based on the tasting, that it will be perfect. The best overall experience! I was searching all of Broward County for a nice coconut CAKE (not pie) for my best friend’s birthday. I knew it was same day and was running out of time. Thankfully I came across Susie’s based on all the positive reviews, and I couldn’t be more amazed! The cake was THE BEST coconut cake—hell, best cake period—that I’ve had in years! The frosting, the texture, the design, I’m trying to find an excuse to buy another all for myself! Needless to say my friends loved the cake, even some that don’t particularly like coconut, thoroughly enjoyed this one. called at the last minute for a baby shower cake. only 24 hours notice and Susie did not disappoint! it was the flavors my daughter was craving that brought me to Susie and with such limited notice i was happy to take a simple, elegant decoration. Drove it 4 hours north where the melt in your mouth chocolate almond cake disappeared in minutes. walked in thinking i over did it on the size and in the end had to claim a section to take back for Daddy-to-be and Poppy!!!! What an experience. Would definitely go back, and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a cake for any occasion. I am using them for my wedding cake, and I am glad I did. The owner is a baker and puts love into every single inch of the product. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with amazing hospitality. I had my cake dead set in my mind on what I wanted. I tasted 13 wonderful flavors. The cakes were moist and tasty and ranged in several different flavors. Susie and her husband were amazing. We sat down and began looking at cakes designs. Susie did my 40th birthday cake for me and it exceeded my expectations. The experience of the cake tasting was the beginning of the journey. Wilt her husband is the jokester of the family business. You'll have a blast with all of the mouthwatering cakes you'll taste. You get cake education and jokes with it. Susie took my concept of what I wanted which I changed a few times and made it my reality. I was so blown away with the final product. I also appreciate that even though it seems like Mrs. Susie is a tough cookie she had a soft middle the holds a beautiful heart.
