What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people find ways to move forward in their lives. I feel a deep sense of satisfaction when a client tells me that I helped them realize something that they hadn't before. Or that they feel hopeful for the first time in a long time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been a massage and manual therapist for over two decades before becoming a Life Coach and have worked for myself most of my adult life. I love being a solo entrepreneur!

You may expect me, as your coach, to help you develop and support your vision and goals. I will provide structure that supports you in making conscious choices. I will ask you to step beyond your present limitations as you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I will support you in being more successful, focused and strong. On on One Coaching
Are you ready to take the next step in creating a future you love? One on one coaching will help you clarify your vision, define your values and identify what is most important to you. Working together, we will uncover the actions that will move you toward your goals with purpose and accountability.

Mastermind Group for Women
Are you a woman solo entrepreneur in the “Helper/Healer” professions? Here you will get coaching, support and accountability to help you build the practice/business of your dreams. Our small group of 6 women will meet once a month online for a three-hour session. We will use guided visualizations, embodiment and mindfulness practices, brainstorming and group discussion to guide you into the next action steps that will move you toward your goals. In addition, each participant will receive one 30-minute private session per month. Next group starts January 2024. Please contact me for more information.
