What do you love most about your job?
Our philosophy is to educate. An educated customer makes a great referral. We know people need to learn what is available. We believe it is our responsibility to teach them. We don't sell, we educate.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I did not like the attitude most companies have about stacking them deep and selling them cheap. Security is NOT a commodity, it is an extremely important service that protects people and property.
Why should our clients choose you?
We have been in business for a long time. Which means we have made many mistakes that we have learned from. Our customers will benefit from that experience. Security is much TOO important to learn on the job. We actually have turned down business because the customer was choosing the wrong solutions. We will NOT participate in an unwise decision.

Because we provide expertise first, then provide the specially designed solutions we have to visit the location. However, we do support the customer remotely afterward by logging into the system and ensuring that it works on a regularly monitored schedule.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Multiple ways. The first is that we actually have a system that can detect the temperature of the customers customers. Secondly we can use Google Earth to design a State of the Art system and email them a map of our suggested Security Camera placements.
High Resolution Security Cameras
We use State-of-the-Art High Resolutions Security Cameras to guard your business. High Resolution Cameras provide images that can be blown up without distortion.
Hardware Monitoring
Surveillance Solutions provides "Hardware Monitoring" service which includes logging in to the equipment and checking the status of each part of the Surveillance System. This ensures that the equipment is functioning properly each week. We send a status report each week on all the hardware at your location. This prevents finding out at the time of a serious event that your equipment hasn't worked in weeks.
Live Monitoring
We provide "Live Monitoring" which monitors sensitive areas where there should NOT be any activity during restricted hours. Such as Community Pools that should only be occupied during the hours of 6am to 10 pm. If any activity is detected after 10pm and before 6am an alarm will sound and the police will be dispatched.
Free Site Survey
Locations requiring more than 6 Cameras will be provided a free professional survey where to strategically place security cameras.
Remote Access
All installed Security Surveillance Systems come with 24\7 remote access to ALL cameras from Smartphones or Computers. This allows for peace of mind to access the cameras away from the location.
Notifications
All installed Security Systems can be equipped free of charge with notifications. A notification can be sent to a smartphone in case of an unusual event. Activity in a parking lot after hours. Or activity in a clubhouse after hours. Anything out of the ordinary can be sent to a smartphone withOUT a monthly charge.
Deterrent Cameras
Surveillance Solutions offers Security Cameras with deterrent features. If you have a driveway that is closed after business hours we have a camera with a Siren and a Strobe light that can go off when anyone approaches the restricted area after business hours.
