Absolutely wonderful hotel! Love everything about it! The location in DM, the staff is warm and caring, the coffee bar in the morning is fantastic!
Yappy hour on Thursday at 5 pm! So dog friendly! Worked comfortably in the lobby several afternoons. Would return here over and over and highly recommend!

Taylor in sales and events promises everything, but does not deliver. Rude comments on top! If someone with more money comes along, beware! And...food was served uncooked

We paid every day cash and they were to release our credit card hold. Instead of releasing the credit card they charges it and we are having trouble getting our money back.
They are unprofessional, rude, lie, and place fraudulent charges on you credit card. They also have a major problem with the homeless coming in and bathing in their swimming pool.
I so not recommend this hotel.
