Today was my orientation to become a part of the Superior Protection Security Team. Justeene West by far has been one of the best HR personnel that I have encountered. She was very informative about the position that I would be in, she was honest and easy to talk to. I had a million questions and she answered each and every one of them with a smile. I have been working for this company for quite some time and I can tell you that from the moment they hired me till right now they have taken care of my needs whether it's new uniforms or change of schedule they have been very flexible and honest people I'm very happy to be able to work with superior company my checks are always correct and on time they dont give me unnecessary hassle I highly reccomend this company for their honesty and hard work!!!

applied for this company back in August, at first it seemed that this was a good choice as the Recruiter or Hr person Justeene was very nice helpful and responsive. When I originally applied I did not have a guard card yet but Justene told me that once I got it that I would definitely have a job with superior. I emailed her and told her that my guard card came and that I was ready to start that day due to the fact that it was the 9th of the month and i had no idea how i was going to pay bills but she still told me that she was out of the office due to her getting married but it meant the most that she took the time to still respond and assured me that I could come and see her Tuesday and she would get me started. I felt at ease. Unfortunately due to some family issues I was unable to start but I came back in late September and Justene wasn’t there some guys told me that she was at lunch. They were rude and told me to come back later. Yesterday I decided to reach out again Justene was There! I stopped by yesterday she was happy to see me even asked about my living situation and how I was doing personally and about my kids that was important because my friend who works here said that the managers don’t care about the guards but she does. She’s nice I told her she should look Into maybe being like a representative for the guards. When you walk in she lights up a room her and Travis while others seem like they don’t want to be there. From my experience David handled most of the training and dealt with employee issues.Even when Ernesto was busy he always made time to speak with me when I came into the office.
