Great company to work with moving your household goods. Family owned, their trucks are clean and equipped, the two moving professionals we had today Daniel & Chris were extremely helpful, strong and capable. We were in a bit of a family medical issue, so we sincerely appreciate their prompt professional service. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service from this company. They sent a rep to my home last Thursday to do a walk-through and create an itemized inventory. He was very polite. He then informed me his manager would go through the inventory and contact me the next day with an estimate for my long distance move. The manager called me the next day (Friday) to verify a few details and then said he would put together an estimate for me and call me the next morning (Saturday). I received no contact over the weekend (nor would I have expected to, regardless of what the manager assured me). I called on Monday and left a message with a representative for the manager to please contact me with the estimate. Tuesday morning, I called again, spoke with a different manager who said she would call me back by the end of the day with the estimate. Again, having heard nothing, I called back at 4:30 pm, spoke with the same woman, who apologized for forgetting to call me, and asked if she could call me back in 5 minutes once she grabbed my file. She did not call me back. I called again at 5:00 pm, and a different gentleman answered and said the woman I had talked to previously had gone home for the day. I asked him to leave a message for both managers asking them to contact me immediately. This morning, Wednesday, I called again, asking to speak with either manager. I spoke with yet another individual, who asked me to explain my situation to him. I reminded him that I've already explained my moving needs, the inventory has been taken, and I just need to speak with one of the managers who have both repeatedly promised to contact me and neither have done so. This gentleman informed me that he will not be able to give me an estimate without my dates (which I've already given to the previous managers) and that I should save myself time and "look in the yellow pages" for another company. I have rarely been treated so rudely, and as of yet, I still have not heard from either manager. More...

Would highly recommend for your moving needs. Curtis, George, Vincent, Sherwood,and Lateff did an amazing job! They were professional and took very good care of my furniture and belongings.
