After they rescheduled 5 times, their tech finally made it out to us very aggravated and estimated the repairs to my garage at about $1200. I wasn't expecting it to be that much, so I didn't allow service to start that day and I called another place (Affordable Garage Doors). You guys are crooks, or at least want to be crooks. You tried to tell me that a set of 10 new rollers was $250 - the same rollers (top end) online are $25 for a set of 10. You were going to try to have me pay $500 for two 10 packs of rollers + $250 to install them - $750 in total. I politely declined the service, but in reality, wanted to slap some sense into whoever sets your pricing.Come on man, this is 20 minute job with $50 in parts. Either most customers are: a.) too dumb to realize this; b.) have more money than need and will pay whatever price; c.) and/or you sleep ok at night knowing you are scamming people - likely usually old people.I was happy with the over head unit replacement - but the robbery you tried to do on the roller replacement was ridiculous.I would not recommend this company to others.
