My family and I recently used this shuttle service and we had a good experience so I wanted to let the people at Philly Trans know they had our business for life. First of all the owner Joe was very helpful and answered all of my concerns. I have a disability and they were very accommodating. The prices were reasonable from all of the quotes I got and for a shared service, and yes there was a wait but I expected that because I did not pay for a private car(which I asked and they do have for much more). But they did pick us up at home which was an option in Philadelphia. I would have paid more to park at the airport so all in all it was well worth it to not have to fight traffic and pay for parking. I had a good experience with SuperTrans and will likely use their services in the future if I were to fly out from JFK again. I booked a shuttle for 11/27 from JFK to Upper Darby. Through email correspondence, they confirmed that I would be able to make the shuttle time by looking up my flight number. (Please note that the first email correspondence from SuperTrans will be written in all caps. This isn't due to them being impolite but is probably the messaging system they use, whatever that may be.)When I arrived at JFK, I called them to confirm that I was actually at the airport. I did so because these were the instructions that were emailed to me upon my reservation confirmation. When the shuttle arrived, I was called and instructed where to go. The directions were clear and I found the shuttle right away.Luckily, I was the only passenger from all the pick-up locations (JFK and EWR) so I got home 2-3 hours earlier than I expected. The driver, Akmed (I apologize for any misspellings), was very kind. We talked for a bit until I fell asleep -- which was good because that meant his driving was safe!The only issue I had with SuperTrans was payment. I felt that their website was not secure so I used another method to pay and book my reservation online. Additionally, through email correspondence, I agreed with the owner of SuperTrans to have my card charged $73 -- which comprised the $60 JFK to Philly price + $10 door-to-door service fee + $3 transaction fee. However, when I got to the shuttle, I was informed that I was only charged $63. Thus, I paid $10 "extra" on the shuttle to have Akmed drop me off at my location. Later, I checked to make sure SuperTrans did not double-charge me, and they didn't.TL;DR: Had a great experience. Would take SuperTrans again. This was my first time using a shuttle service. Went from Center City to PHL roundtrip. Â The service was phenomenal. Â Driver "Danny" was on time both ways (even 3 weeks later for pick-up). Â I had difficulty finding the pick-up area, but he waited patiently for me to arrive. I was alone on both occasions. AWESOME PEOPLE! Joe (Jalal) will do whatever he has to to get the job done. Very nice equipment and people to work with. ONE THING MUST BE REMEMBERED, shuttle runs to NJ AND NY are shared and yes it sometimes takes a little longer but you cannot beat the GREAT service for the price ($60-75 to NY) WOW, can't beat that deal! I took the shuttle from JFK to Philadelphia earlier this week and had a good experience. I was picked up from the airport terminal within ten minutes of calling the toll-free number and delivered to my front door without hassle. From some of the reviews on here, it seems that most people don't understand that unless you pay a LOT of money, these airport shuttles make several stops en route, and sometimes even with GPS, drivers get lost or stuck in traffic. I've used both major shuttles in Philly that serve the NYC area airports, and I can't complain. Â I've never had a bad driver, they're all willing to make a rest stop en route, and they're all willing to help you with your luggage. Â Supertrans has a fleet of clean, comfortable, modern vans that make for a comfortable ride. Â The drivers I've had were courteous and sociable. I will caution those arriving on red eye or early morning international flights that none of the shuttle companies has a pickup before 7-8, so you might want to think about that when you book. Â If you carry several bags (I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow where I'll have one suitcase and two carryons), waiting a couple hours will be a LOT easier than trying to get back to Philadelphia via Penn Station. Booked a shuttle for a friend coming in from overseas via JFK to get her to my house in West Philly. They were on-time for pick-up & drop off and very reasonable with their rates. On return, I planned to run her back to JFK but a surprise ice storm came in and I was uncomfortable making the drive so I called Super Trans to see if they had room. With in an hour she was on the shuttle and even with icy roads and closed highways, they got her there in a reasonable amount time for her flight. The drivers were professional and safe. I never write reviews, but after reading about all the negatives I thought I would share my positive experience. Â I needed a lift to JFk for a late evening flight. Â I was picked up at the Holiday Inn in Ft Washington which is their last pick up location. Â The driver was only 10 mins behind schedule which is what the operator told me when I called to check on him. Â We made one stop at a turnpike rest stop for 5 mins. Â I arrived to the airport earlier than planned. Â The van only had 4 other passengers and was very comfortable. Â I'm sure if you do not plan accordingly you could have an issue due to traffic or waiting on someone else, but that can happen if a friend drives you. $60 is an excellent price to get from PHL to JFK. Have been using this service from 2010. This is the only shuttle service to that covers  South Jersey to go to JFK. My last experience was 3 weeks back from JFK to SJ. . Yes, they went to pick up passengers from a Sea Port past NY City and then Newark, but I understand that they need to cover their costs.  Seems like they read reviews - they no longer drop you off at home, unless 3 or more passengers - Though I'm dissapointed,this is a plus for the folks going to Philly and beyond. I never have missed an international flight  by travelling with them. Feel sorry for the folks who had to face. Its all relative; I nearly missed an international flight on a day I  rented a car to drive to JFK -  due to  fog and and accident in turnpike on rush evening hour. I don't know why there are so many negative comments. I've been using Super Trans now for about 5 years on my trips to/from Philadelphia airport. I only had one unfortunate experience (which really wasn't unfortunate, just that I wasn't used to having to pick up people and take 2 hours to get to my car).  But Joe stood by his wordand discounted my next trip. They are ALWAYS on time...(sometimes even early) going to the airport. And returning, I never had a problem worth complaining about. They are always either waiting  or no more than 10 minutes to pick me up. I didn't use them for JFK but there's other options out there. This is my experience to/from Philadelphia. I have used this service more than 3 times, twice to JFK airport and once to the Philadelphia Airport. and they were there for me ontime every time. I find them to be very reliable and the service overall from the reservation person on the phones to the drivers were accomodating and friendly. I used many shuttle and limo services in other cities and this companey has been one of the best so far and well worth the price. We had to find a way to get from the Philly 'burbs to JFK without driving there ourselves. Fortunately, I found Super Trans online. Three of us picked up our ride in King of Prussia and were at JFK without a hitch 2.5 hours later. (Our driver, Israel, was friendly, helpful and great.) We also returned on Super Trans and, aside from waiting for other passengers to arrive (unavoidable but not too bad) we had the same experience on our way back. I have been using Super Trans for transportation to PHL for 5 or more years. I have only experienced excellent service. I have always done round trip service and the drivers have all been on time to pick me up. I always get to the airport on time with plenty of time to spare. I have never been late for or missed a flight. On my return trip there has sometimes been a little delay on pick up but that is to be expected at a busy airport. The drivers are friendly , helpful and professional. As long as I continue to get great service I will continune to call Super Trans. I would recommend them for your transportation needs More...

Super Transport promised to be very accommodating and they were just that. Our family has used this service on two separate occasions and each time we had peace of mind. Even with unexpected traffic and unforeseen complications, the company was very helpful. My son, and his family used the shuttle from south Jersey to JKF Airport. Each time, we felt very comfortable know that they would be taken care of, even in poor weather conditions. Traveling with 2 small children can be so troublesome, but Super Transport and the staff was great to the children. Thank you for doing your very best to help make their trip a pleasant experience. I booked Super Trans for a ride back from JFK. My flight arrived a little late and the shuttle left. I called the company and I was told that the next one wouldn't come for hours. I expressed my disappointment in having to wait and Joe from the office told me that he'll try to help me out. He called the driver, who turns out was on his way to Newark Airport. Joe told me that I could quickly ride to Newark Airport to catch up with the shuttle. So I caught a ride in another van to the Newark Airport where I caught up with the shuttle and had a smooth ride home. Joe was very helpful and responsive the whole time and communicated with the driver of the shuttle to make sure that everything connected smoothly. Joe tried really hard to help me out and he did, it was really nice to see that there was another human being on the other line, not just a voice that doesn't care - which often happens. Recently I needed to book a round trip shuttle service for 10 people for pick up at the Philadelphia Airport to our downtown hotel. As we were traveling on a strict budget, I was looking for something reasonable yet professional. I scoured the internet for the best price and luckily contacted Super Transport. Where other Philadelphia shuttles were unwilling to even provide a bid other than a flat per person rate, Super Transport was sensitive to our needs and provided a competitive rate. I was able to pre-pay for the round trip and make arrangements for my group to be picked up. Upon landing, it was just a quick phone call and we were given exact directions on where to go for pickup. We joined the throng of travelers waiting for shuttles and within minutes our shuttle pulled up. Compared to the other vans picking up passengers, our van was clean, quiet, and held our group of 10 including luggage very comfortably. We heard quite a few waiting travelers exclaim they wished they had called Super Transport! Many of those travelers said they had been waiting over 45 minutes for their transport to arrive. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable of the locale giving us an impromptu tour of the city on the way to our hotel. Imagine my surprise when Super Shuttle contacted ME the day before we were scheduled to leave to arrange timely pickup! It is that kind of personal service that makes this an exceptional experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Super Shuttle to anyone who needs to arrange transportation in the Philadelphia area. my brother and i booked this shuttle sevrice this past winter break to visit our family overseas. the driver came to our house in mt airy at the promised time. the van was very clean and was a comfertable ride to jfk airport. there was one passenger already on the van when we where picked up and the driver had to pick up another person from NJ along the way. we arrived to the airport at a decent time for our flight. on the way back, we called the office after we left customs and claimed our bags. the phone person informed us that the driver should be at our terminal to pick us up in 15 minuits, and the driver was there with in the promised time. it was a smooth ride home and i will inform all of my freinds and relatives about this company for their travel needs, and u should too. i am very pleased with this experience More...

We contacted Super trans to pick up a relative who arrived on an International flight at JFK airport. The people at their office were extremly patient and helpful. They gave me the driver's dirct phone number and I spoke with him to help identify my uncle who does not speak a lot of English and he was very understanding and helpful. My uncle arrived to our home in Philly about 2 hours later and the service was worth every peny. I would like to thank every one at Super trans. We had previously used Dave's Best Limousine to transport us to and from airports and cruise ports. Over the years, Dave's has gotten worse and worse. When we called them to take us to JFK last June, we decided that the time had come to choose ANOTHER provider. We chose Super Trans Philly Shuttle---- We used this shuttle service in June 2008 from our home in Jamison, Bucks County to the JFK Airport in NY. I always hated to drive myself to JFK---the traffic and conditions are ALWAYS too changeable. The Driver picked us up at hour home, in a nice clean van (which already had a few other passengers) and drove all of us to Newark, NJ airport (for other passengers), then got us, ON TIME, to JFK. As is predictable---the traffic was unpredictable. The driver knew alternate routes, and was very skilled in getting to JFK. We had plenty of time to relax and get ready for our transatlantic flight. During February 2008 I was attending a class in Philadelphia atr the Fox Chase Cancer Center. This was for one week period. During this week all attendees had topark theircars at a remote locationb off campus and The FCCC hired Super Trans Shuttle to transport us back and forth between the parking location and the class center. Their service could not have meen more pleasant and accomodating. The drivers were there waiting for us every time and most had the inviting attitude with sense of humor to start the morning. The shuttle was always clean and comfortable. Although it was not part of the Super Trans duty but they were very accomodating when they were asked to drive tow of the nurses to their hotels (4 miles away) where they were staying.
