The price for cleaning is an estimate and may go up or down, this is normally based on size, condition, and if you want to add additional services.Â
We can customize your cleaning at your request based on your budget, we can agree on a check list provide by you or we can use the one we have.
We provide our own supplies but can use yours upon your requests.
Regular clean estimate is $150 to $250 for a 1-3 Bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, we estimate cleaning the house may take up to 2 hours.
Deep Clean
The estimate for a deep clean starts at $250 and up, this depends on size, condition, and additional add ons.
