Really good food! Above and beyond what was expected for the price!
What’s your signature dish?
Our favorite thing to make is our fried Kimchi Sandwich. We fry a patty made of chickpea and house made vegan kimchi, and it goes on our thick sliced allergen free sourdough with lettuce and toum. Its absolutely delicious.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We start with the type of cuisine desired, budget and headcount. We can craft the menu to fit what our clients have in mind.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite thing we do is accommodate allergies. I know that sounds strange, but since I suffer from food allergies, I know how important it is to get it right and make it good. No one wants to eat a dry afterthought of a salad when everyone else gets pizza! We love to feed people health forward, but delicious food that everyone will enjoy. Your guests will be blown away when they realize that they can fully enjoy your event without having to question the safety of the food. Thats my favorite thing.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My food allergy was my main inspiration for starting our business, but I also love to feed people. I tend to be more creative with more restrictions, so cooking within very specific boundaries (like vegan or dairy free) is really fun for me!
Why should our clients choose you?
My wife/co-founder and I have years of experience in all types of service industry fields. We love to cook farm to table, and we can adjust our sourcing to fit your budget. Our specialty is accommodating food allergies, so we can accommodate any allergy/sensitivity/preference without judgment or compromise on flavor.

We are generally in person, however, if you would like things shipped, that could potentially be arranged. We sell our sourdough loaves and bagels on our website superbloombakery.com and ship nationwide.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are both fully vaccinated and will take whatever precautions that are required or requested by our clients.

Allergen friendly cuisine is our wheelhouse. Let us know what you are avoiding, and we won't use it! All cuisine is gluten free, and we will use Super Bloom Sourdough and flour mix for all dishes where wheat and wheat based breads are required.

We make the best gluten free sourdough on the market! We developed an amazing flour blend that we use for all recipes that would otherwise require wheat based flours. Our cuisine will always be made gluten free.

Authentic Texas Style BBQ done by a pro
For 20+ ppl, we offer authentic BBQ and homestyle side dishes. Our chef, Lizzy, is from Louisiana and knows a thing or 2 about 100% wood smoked Texas style BBQ. We smoke brisket, chicken or pork ribs served with market fresh cole slaw and potato salad.
