Stopped there today to have lunch on the outdoor patio. It just got done raining so asked if someone could wipe down a table outside for our group. The server asked if we had a preference on which table and we said no whichever one was fine & her response was “I prefer to do none”…… with that attitude we got up and left since if was too much for this staff member to do their job. Came here for my first time since moved here since 2019. Bartender “ella” as I was told her name was, was absolutely horrible. If I was to return and she was working I would walk out she was very judgmental and not very nice if you are a female. If you are a male she will want to eat your food and flirt with you.. makes very rude comments about customers as well. I would rate her 1/10… if even a 1. Bartender Jake was absolutely wonderful!!! 30/10 recommend him. Very nice and cares about his customers. Treats all customers the same! Also.. Went with a group of about 15, many had the dinner special which was crispy chicken. When I got my plate and broke open a couple pieces of the chicken it was raw inside, my wife also had some under cooked chicken as well as at least 2 other people in the group. We flagged down the waitress and she took my plate which I had only eaten a couple potato wedges, when she came back she did not bring any potato wedges. She apologized for the situation and offered a drink, but I passed as I had a long drive home. She did NOT take anything off any of the bills. Definitely disappointed, would NOT recommend and it will be a long time before I would consider coming back. More...
