Two words.....Total Satisfaction ! To start with, Eric is great with communications, his quotes are practical. He communicated with me back and forth for the design (rear window perforated wrap for sedan car). ..for as long as it took ! He replies promptly, which is a BIG plus. He came to my place on dot and finished work on time. Now coming to the product- My design was simple, only text...I was very clear in my mind as to what exactly did I want & Eric co-operated 100% for the number of back & forth communications it took to re-design and correct. The perforated wrap and its quality is good, nothing to complain about....it looks exactly as i wanted.Since he does not work out of a fixed shop, he understood my worry about giving card details etc, once I gave him all the details, he volunteered to wave off advance. He just came on the day and time promised, finished the job and I paid himThe whole experience with Eric was "Total Customer Satisfaction" and The cost was totally worth it.I would strongly recommend Eric to everybody.... As some of the other have stated, I too wish I could give Eric and Sunset Designs ten stars. He was willing to work on something that quite a few other places refused to work on, he was great at communicating with me and set it up so that I could pick up my piece before Christmas. He custom created art for me, sent me proofs, and the finished product was exactly like the picture they showed me--excellent quality, excellent service. I highly recommend Eric and his team. What a wonderful expierence! I was getting a new office at my work and I wanted to be the first employee with a name on their door. I sent Eric the Logo and our exact colors we use and he came up with an awesome sticker that looks like my name is etched into my window door! Truely amazing!! I will recomend him to anyone needing any kind of stickers/signs...use your imagination, he will make it come to life!! (I posted pics for all to see!!) More...
