What’s your signature dish?
Our most popular item is probably the Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich! Strawberry Shortcake, Chocolate Eclair and Cookies and Cream bar are also big hits.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We love ice cream too! We think about what we would want to eat and then pick those products to sell to our customers.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people happy! We hope that our customers remember the experience we have brought to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to do something that would create memories for the children of Southwest Florida. When I started my business in 2006 there were no other ice cream trucks in our area. I grew up with ice cream trucks in New York and I wanted to bring the special memories I had as a child to the children here in Florida.
