Just had my second set of shutters installed by Sunburst. Love the product and the customer service has been terrific. The scheduler, measuring tech and installation team were all very pleasant and professional. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to and the installers even removed their shoes without my asking. Didn't even have to do any cleanup after they left! More...

I have never written an online review before, but the installer just left my house and I am SO IN LOVE with my Sunburst shutters! From the first phone call to the in-home consultation to the final install, everyone at this company is unfailingly pleasant and patient and helpful. The quality of the materials is excellent, and the expertise of both the person taking the measurements and helping me choose the product, and the installer, is unsurpassed. I chose shutters screwed individually into my existing window frame, which are harder to get right than shutters pre-set into their own frame. My house was built in the 1800s so you know it's not perfectly square, and yet, these custom-built shutters fit like a glove. I could not be happier with both the people and the product at Sunburst Shutters. I recommend them highly, and would hire them again! More...

We had shutters installed on the deck doors similar to a French door style. Thrilled with the staff that we worked with from beginning to end. From the beginning of the process Alisha was an absolute resource. Her customer service support was exemplary. Very appreciative of the availability and updates provided. We were informed of the person coming out to do th home assessment, what time they would arrive and how to prepare the house etc. Tony the person who came to do the assessment was SO pleasant to work with and knowledge his assignment.
