I contacted Sunburst Shutters regarding the purchase and installation of vertical and horizontal blinds for two (2) rental units. The representative from Sunburst Shutters was Ken Nash. I explained the type of windows and sliding doors that were in the units. He then went over to the units. I was not able to be there but someone else allowed him to go in. He contacted me immediately after he took the measurements and provided some very cost effective options. I liked them very much as they were well within the budget that I provided him for this project. I also told him that we needed them very quickly and he was able to expedite the delivery. I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and cost effectiveness that I never even contacted other companies for additional estimates.

I was shortly contacted by Sunburst Shutters to schedule an appointment for installation. Scott was the installer. He was also very professional. He came by himself. I was a little nervous that he could do the job without help. To my surprise the installation was excellent and completed very quickly. I could tell that he had a lot of experience.

The job turned out very well. I was very happy with all aspects. The best thing about the whole process is that I never saw what was selected until installation. After speaking with Ken Nash, I decided to rely on his judgement and I was not dissapointed. Sometimes when one is extremely busy, its nice to be able to have a professional that can go in and make recommendations that turn out to meet or exceed expectations. I will not hesitate to recommend Sunburst Shutters or use them in the future for my home or other rental units.

I looked at a few companies, and went with Sunburst Shutters on my first home - BEST DECISION EVER!! Their prices were great, but the value I got was even better. Salesman were smart, kind, and very patient with my wife and I (we were having a hard time agreeing - shocker). When we finally decided, they showed up on time, completed the job and CLEANED UP - that's a lost art with contractors these days. We got compliments on them every single time we had company over, no joke.

The icing on the cake is how many times they've come by to repair my shutters (3 boys, ages 8 and under), and done it with a smile on their face, literally. I used them to put shutters on my new home, and have had the same success. In fact, I turned them onto my neighbors and they ALL had the same experience with them!!

I will never use another company other than Sunburst Shutters to put in any kind of window coverings. I repeat: BEST DECISION EVER!! More...

Excellent customer service! They came out to measure our windows, and then worked with us to get us the best deal within our budget for our shutters.
