Sun hospitality resort services in orange beach, Al is a great place to work.. I just moved here about 2 months ago and have been working with sun hospitality for little over a month now our team is awesome. .They all welcomed me with open arms and treated me like we had known each other for years.We are all 1 big happy family.. We are lead by one of the most awesome bosses I've ever had the pleasure to meet Christy Tucker... Shes not like any other boss I've met before not only does she do all the work of making sure everything is took care of, but she will also get in here with us and help us or she will clean rooms herself if we are short handed or if it's just a busy day.. she goes above and beyond not only for our wonderful clients but also for her team... Been in Hospitality Industry, manageing hotels, as well as owning my own Hotel & Restaurant for seven years. Prior experience was in the Timeshare Resort Industry as V. P. of Marketing & Sales. Also as Regional Director for Sun Hospitality was responsible for Hiring and training Executive Directors of Houskeeping at eight different locations and different states. I enjoy working with and meeting people and I feel a sign of a good manager is one who can reproduce him/herself and I have created a lot of good manager's thru the years. I have also learned you are only as good as the people under you, so never be afraid to hire the best!!
