Summit's estimate was in the middle of a couple of others, but I wasn't looking for lowest price so much as quality. They were able to provide the "estate" model fence for under the price of a basic fence by a competitor. They were very responsive in providing some additional information & showed up when they said they would. We had a little misunderstanding over schedule - probably on my end - & they brought out extra people to finish close to the original timeframe when I asked them to delay over a weekend. The workers were friendly & capable, & they consulted with me on details, including a couple of work-arounds such as raising up a panel to accommodate a downspout. I'm very happy with my new fence! Summit Fence Company did a great job working with us to install some metal and wood fencing at our new house.  They were professional in all steps.  From our initial contact with Jennifer on the phone, to working with the estimator Brian, and then with Casey during the installation.  The estimates were priced fairly, and Summit nicely revised the estimate due to us changing our minds on the type and amount of fencing.  They were always on time when they showed up and they kept us informed.  The install was clean (did not mess up the yard), efficient, and high quality.  The final product is very well built, extremely good looking, and a real asset to our yard.  We highly recommend Summit Fence Company. had them do my fence in University place plus a truck gate and a walk gate.. very nice work.. the gates are so balanced and operate so smooth. . I would totally use them again...Nice Work Guys!! More...
