Hi ladies,
I’m a certified Personal and Pilates trainer and I have been training women of all ages and fitness levels for over 15 years. I understand how our bodies work and I am familiar with a variety of physical limitations my clients may have. Between taking continuing education and having worked with physical therapists, I've gained additional knowledge of corrective exercises. I am not a drill sergeant. Rather someone who's there to guide and motivate you and keep your workouts fun and safe and effective, so you look forward to your sessions, rather than dreading them! I can also offer nutrition advice to help you achieve your weight loss goals quicker.
