What makes a great website?
A great website loads quickly, and is clear about what is being sold or promoted instantly, using a unique and pleasing-to-the-eye design that elevates the content through graphics, photography, clean typography, a well thought-out menu, and clear call-to-action.
In addition, a great website has no broken links, every page looks consistent, yet tailored to that content, and you can easily get what you want.
In other words, if you want a product, you can add it to your cart in seconds; whether you're 18 or 85. If you want to 'contact' the company, that should be one of the easiest things find and do. User Experience, or 'UX' is paramount, and should work with the design concept; both leaning in to the other so it is neither 'just pretty pictures,' nor merely 'functional content/buttons/forms'. It has to look, and function perfectly.

What was the last design project experience like?
What is your main objective in business?
How large is your organization, and do you have an internal designer, marketer, or IT manager?
Have you worked with creative agencies vs. price shopping just for freelancers?
Are you a hands-on technician, or a delegating owner/entrepreneur?
Are you good keeping meeting times, using modern apps, and collaborating remotely?
What do you love most about your job?
Making even the most seemingly mundane of businesses or industries 'shine' and have a sense of brand on the web.
Design is not just for food, fashion, and entertainment; attorneys, contractors, service providers, and manufacturers all deserve to look great in 2018.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a massive need in the market for that 'step up' from just hiring freelancers for a 'job', OR trying to heap 15 compartmentalized skills on one internal role ('marketing director', 'communications', etc.). Websites are like our clothing; they change all the time. Therefore, not having a group assigned to the task of proactively refining your website and entire brand, becomes a headache. If you're in business, you need specialists assigned to specific work. We are that outsourced solution there to assist that internal and overwhelmed marketer, or start-up getting $15k quotes for website builds.
SUITED exists to give regular main street businesses agency treatment of yearly support and partnership, vs 'building a thing' and leaving, only to have you receiving change orders and invoices every time you need to change something.
