I give this place FIVE STARS for good reason. When you first walk in the salon it is simply beautiful and the staff is so welcoming! Megan O who did my eyelash extensions really had her work cut out for her by working on my pre-existing 'mess' from another salon I tried since moving up to Edmonds from Bellevue. Raissa tinted my eyebrows and did an airbrush spray tan on me, she was super sweet and did an amazingggg job on both. Today I got my first set of eyelash extensions done. They are literally so beautiful. I told my beautician what I wanted and she came through perfectly. Everyone there is very kind, the atmosphere is nice (they even gave me a blanket!) and the salon itself is very clean. Not to mention their prices are pretty fair, especially with the groupon. I had such a good time getting my first ‘professional’ full set of classic lashes done, with Chelsey!!! She was super careful yet the process was barely 2 hours. . I've had different experiences here, ranging from awesome to okay. The very first time I went, all the lashes on my left eye fell off (without my real lash, so you know it was from the glue dissolving) within a week. and the second time I went the girl could not get the glue to settle and took an additional hour. Would totally recommend this place! Chelsey is great and made me feel so comfortable. Really great experience, really happy with the outcome. I'll be back in 4 weeks! Only place in the area that offers maintenance pricing if you come back within 5 weeks, that's really cool. Customer experience is definitely a priority here.
